    GMs can give ur stuff back, they have done it before, but... i know of only a few cases of this happening, one was a guy who dropped stuff in pk while having angels in inventory, long ago, prob when they changed guardian angels to guardian scrolls... and he got the stuff he dropped back...


    The other, well known to all in sanctuary, the guy who nirvana'ed his +12 lunar bow when gms said u didnt need any kind of stones to keep ur refine/gems. the guy forged his bow, lost all refines, and got his lunar +12 bow back. He owns a lunar bow with no manufacturer name on it, cause gms gave him the bow back (now the guy has a lunar +12 and a nirvana bow +10)



    The only thing is: both screenshoted the whole stuff, and had ways to prove it. unless u can do the same, theres not much they can do for you.

    Screenshots don't really matter but they can help. I think it has more to do with which GM gets your ticket and what mood they're in when they actually come to help you as well as what mood their supervisor is in when they ask for permission to do something.

    But no screenshots = 100% chance they won't even consider your request so. I haven't had any trouble as of yet in getting support/GM help... haven't met a bad one tbh.

    Then again, how in the world do you prepare for what happened to Chibiusa? "Oh, I'm going to DC so I better take a screenshot of my wardrobe..." b:surrender

    There are plenty of people that had stuff lost or stolen that got some or most of their stuff back that didn't have screenshots.

    The GMs can't reimburse lost items or coin. I've lost items and coin before due to game glitches and bugs (never crashes, though), while it sucks, its something you can get back with a little bit of work.

    How strange that mods doesn't know how PW work b:chuckle.

    I got a glitch where i lost 50 hay and ticketing they gave me back that hay.
    They told me they'd summon it and for the next mainteinance would be on my mailbox, and that's what happened.

    One thing is that they can't, the other thing is that they don't want, or try to do it as less as possible.

    *PS: they even tped me to a isle with a GM to chat with him :O

    All,

    As you all know we are not supposed to be game experts, that's why the GMs are here. We are here to maintain the forum and we gain our experience about the game by playing it or reviewing cases like this one.
    In fact, I also didn't know that a lost item can be bringed back by the GMs, because I never had a problem with losing an item neither I ever spoke to a person with such issue. I'd like to ask you to stop criticizing Shelly about it. Now let's stick to the thread, shall we ?

    Sheeesh, Shelly was wrong, but she admitted that she was so posts ago so let it drop. We all make mistakes.

    Ugh, I'm so happy my fashion didn't disappear and you should really get it back. There's not really any reason why you shouldn't in the first place, they track what you do and well, you bought something and it just disappeared they should defiantly bring it back.

    I'm not convinced. There is a huge difference between "GMs won't help you, just work to get it back again" and "I'm not sure if the GMs will help, but try [hopefully helpful advice]." Saying you don't know if the GMs can/will help you is not the same as saying, as though you know it as a fact, that they won't. IJS.

    I think I had one of those days where my mind wasn't working properly and auctioned my Lovebird dress and traded my Purified Oil to a friend.. The next day, I had a crazy spazz attack and thought they went randomly missing... I actually got a mail so I went to check it and saw the Lovebird dress and facepalmed.. But then I couldn't remember what the hell did I do with the Purified Oil. So later in that same day, I got a response:


    The Lovebird Dress was put up for auction and the auction expired. The system sent back the dress through the mail on 8-9-2010.

    The Purified Oil was traded to another user on 8-8-2010.

    This is starting to annoy me a little... She made a bold statement "Can't replace" a statement she did not know was true or not.

    Every time she does something slightly wrong and is challenged about it we are told to stop critizing her and we are on topic for the thread jeez im getting to the stage where i'm thinking about not even posting here anymore its like she can not do wrong and any time she does wrong you jump in here with your superman cape to defend her let her deal with her own false statements and stop taking it so personal... Yes she made a mistake yes the community will forgive her for making a mistake.

    Let Shelly deal with Shelly's mistakes and stop blaming the community for critizing her if any other user on this forum makes a false statement they get challenged about it she is no diffrent stop mollycoddling her please.

    Grim is trying to save her image and I'm not that shocked. If I was a MOD (b:chuckle) I sure as hell would not want the MODs in general to seem like they lack knowledge. 1 mistake, 2 mistakes, 3 mistakes... how many can you make before you learn to do your job somewhat properly??????

    But I agree, guys, there is really NO reason to try and correct and discuss such things here. 1. Bad wording of the staff is prohibited. 2. Send PMs to Frankie, I'm sure he didn't get enough of them yet. 3. I'm sure this will all be considered and necessary actions will be taken. No, my bad, they won't. She is still a human and it takes a while to get accustomed to her job.

    Well if there's a record of you buying it (and there is) and there's no record of it being dropped, NPC'd, traded, or anything else, then it stand to reason that it disappeared without reason, and it should be given back.

    lol this is exactly what i was thinking

    good luck getting it back and damn u have alot of fash..i only have 6 peices lol

    The only thing I can see happening there is from when my husband worked as a GM for a certain game based off a popular barbarian.... Some of the GMs/ customer support staff 'cherry pick' the tickets to meet their quota easily from day to day. They are not supposed to, but it can still happen. Easy tickets are often met with a response that is very much not helpful for the player in distress.

    That could be the case for some GMs being helpful while others are not. It's the difference of someone actually doing their job versus someone just trying to frantically meet their quota. Lol, 70- 90 ticket quota a day doesn't sound much, but in practice, sometimes it's actually very hard to meet!

    EDIT/ NOTE: This is not an excuse, just a possible reason why responses may vary from the staff.

    However these tickets help the team determine what went wrong during the crash, and help in attempting to prevent it in the future.

    I find it strange this happened to begin with, wonder how is that possible.

    yes they can, they have rolled back several characters who lost items to get them back, i dont see why they cant do same thing about lost fashion

    I seen these problem a few times and i am scared that i might lost my fashion. b:sad
    I notice that it seem these can happen when the character has big wardrobe. (upgraded)
    Which why maybe not upgrading the wardrobe prevent it. b:surrender

    when i lost fashion or equip or accidentally erased it, i used ticket screenshot and told the name and color fashion, and the tim also. They replaced it but that was in Ynk never happened that in PWE
