    On topic: It is banable but no ones been banned for it in months...

    It happens sometimes. Depends on the GM's online. I've personally never been banned there even after pking there many times. But I know other people that have been banned recently (after pking people their own lvl there and not camping lowbies)

    It is only bannable if you are preventing people from doing culti quests. Everything else is fair game.

    No one PKs in secret passage? I went there three times and last time I went, got the BH run done. Not too long ago either. And before, never remembered any pking

    If they PK you once it's not bannable (or shouldn't be, but our GMs don't exactly do their homework -.-).

    If they continuously PK you over and over while you're trying to do your culti (and afaik, there are no CULTI quests in there until you need Silver Frost, BHs/FBs don't count) and won't let you past to do it, then it can be considered griefing.

    She's 7x. It's highly possible she was doing Silver Frost for chrono culti.

    I'm not saying she's not, I'm just saying that a lot of lowbies jump on the culti excuse when they're not doing culti at all; just offering some general info.

    simple solution make the place PK disabled if they want to pull that. It is within their power so until they do or post a giant sign in the ground that states in writing that it is... then it isn't.

    The way I understand it, its only if you stop lowbies from finishing their culti at length.. however long that is. It probably has more to do with w/e GM gets involved honestly, no real logic behind the "rule" anyway. Totally defeats the purpose of joining a PvP server when you can get banned for killing people too much.

    (It be rather amusing when some lowbie thinks that repeatedly running towards me and dying will somehow count as me griefing when he has other mob spawn spots for kills when in fact the lowbie is griefing me by attempting to repeatedly go to where he knows I am to kill me.)

    Trust me, in Harshlands, it happens. The most common offenders?

    Wodan. <-Probably the BIGGEST offender.
    Elder's. (And Elders, same affiliated factions.)
    Vendetta <--(lemme stop laughing here...)
    Rare Blackfox/Ca$hShop redname <-usually preying on the innocent.
    Rare Crimson/Kylin/Zulu <-these guys are usually looking for rednames like me.


    Of course, there are us over 4x who hang around in the center of the 'main lobby' waiting for these people to show up. Me personally? I show up too, but only to bust heads of those preying on the little guys. On a whim sometimes, I'll offer help and charge 5k for a BH run, 2k for Dismal, 1k for Shade, and nothing at all for an FB or Weapon Token.

    Personally, I'm out to kill the rednames; above or below my level. If I see you with a DARK red name, I will probably go after you. If I see you with a pink name, I may ignore you, because we all get pink on PvP once in a while. But in SP? If you're any form of anything but white (unless I know you personally, or I know you're stronger than me) you're probably gonna get a: Soulburned or b: Stunned and frozen in place while beaten with my macros until death.

    But PKing in SP happens a lot. Same at Silver. Same in Swamp. Same in Jade Shores. Its' PvP. It happens. Do people get banned? Rarely. But if you're in a PvP server, you kinda learn to deal with dying a lot, and after a while you're just like "**** this, too lazy to ticket this idiot." Most people don't bother ticketing other people, because deep down, no matter how much QQ they do, they know it's a PvP server. They can leave at any time.

    I personally was killed by a level (probably 100+) Venomancer with a Shieldbearer (you know...the big, white, physical mobs out in Harshlands? Yeah. Those.)
    I lost a Hyper Stone. I lost my TT 70 top. I lost my hat. I lost my wedding wines. All in one go. I did fight back. (I actually almost killed her pet, which kinda made me laugh a little.)
    Did I ticket her? No. I've been on that server so long, that I personally don't even bother whining to the GM's, who won't do anything to her to begin with.

    Is it banable? Of course. Do people bother? Hardly. Will the GM's ban them? The answer is less than likely.

    my mistake but still i think theres enough of these threads about pking in sp if ur in there to do a culti or w.e an u get pked then i guess it's bannable now if ur in there to just goof around and **** then no it doesn't seem bannable so if ur in sp and u dont have any reason to be in there then ya i think u can get pked b:cute

    Now, if you politely whispered that same PK'r and told them you had to kill frost or do your fb29 and they continued to kill you over and over regardless and wouldn't let you pass, that's banable.

    Nope that isn't bannable either really, if they are just sitting in one spot and killing people, nothing wrong with that, now if they follow you wherever you go and preventing you from doing anything... thats another story

    Of course it's bannable. You whispered them, they know you're doing culti and they're killing you over and over and not letting you pass, which prevents you from doing anything. Read what I posted again.
