$50.00 = 5,000 zen

€45 = 5,000 zen

1.00 EUR = 1.27432 USD

so

45.00 EUR = 57.3446 USD

Why do we pay $ 7.34 more than American people ?

Just want to know do you guys hate us that much ?

or is this a bug ?

(Don't say it has to do with transfer rates of the billing company's because moneybookers does not bill you for different country's)

O ya, they has the raging hate for the Europeans.
    b:bye

    Just kidding.
It be more likely that they just be very lazy and don't bother to update their currencies exchange rate.
Or mayhaps they don't bother to keep it up to date on purpose.

If you write a Euro sign with a slash followed by a Pound Sign the rest of your post goess byebye

Imma bet its the stupid auto-censor they put on this forum.

Essentially, use Paypal, it charges you using a fairly current exchange rate. Meaning you dont get ripped off like half the other pay options do.

That is incorrect because the information is hard-coded. The EU prices are 9, 18, 27, and 45 Euros and is not converted into US dollars. Any account made after the day we opened the EU office on 6/24/10 and is from Europe, will have the EU prices. This has nothing to do with hatred or unfairness or any other negative connotation that is being spewed in this thread. It is simply that we now have a European office and will start having services based out of there so if you are from Europe and registered on or after 6/24/10, you will pay in Euros. There is nothing that can be done about this at this time. Regardless of exchange rates (which are out of our control anyways) the prices shown on the ZEN page for your accounts will remain how they stand.

The exchange rate must be difficult to keep up with it changes all the time prehaps they need to update their prices or the other thing is that they could be a US company and it may cost them to convert euros into US dollars.

Wow, I'd like to.... but don't have to. b:laugh

I used the IDeal option so also paid for the same amount; 36 Euro. For now I'm just buying or selling gold via the auctioneer.

Then why did I get charged 63 dollars when I ticked the box for 45 euros?
