I don't see where the point isn't coming from, save for the fact that many of the complaints are coming from people who skimmed it.
I'm seeing the problem like this:
People who live across the Atlantic and play on NA servers is basically the equivalent to using a special TV to watch North American programs from another country. As such, you realize that even though you have your own channels to watch, your favorite NA primetime shows come on too late for you. You technically can't complain, because the company won't change the programs to fit your schedule.
You chose to go onto NA servers, and even decided to pay to help them along, yet another choice that YOU made. If the game were p2p, it might make more sense to be able to complain. The thing that everyone skips over: If you make a choice, it's your choice. You wanna go somewhere that claims outright they don't cater for you, don't complain.
Btw, PWE(as in the company) is not the same as PWI. Meaning that even though PWE caters to everyone, PWI doesn't do so nessecarily.(☞ﾟヮﾟ)☞

I have truly had enough of the European players that complain. I have nothing against European players that understand the point above and that the servers are in the internet world and the times are fit for people of internet and real life, and because the game is paid from the US and the non-US player, that makes it INTERNet-ATIONAL, not Int-elligent because the US and Canada are ONLY TWO OF MORE COUNTRY-NATION THAT CONTRIBUTE AT SERVER-GAME. Just because YOU CHOSE to play in internet online game that have update Tideborn&new event (only PWI, PWCH and PWTH), DOES NOT mean that US Player ACCEPT to make 2-TIME EVENT FOR AMERICAN AND EUROPEAN COUNTRY. There are European servers for Perfect World without Tideborn expansion (but not run by PWE), and therefore we are contents that you contribute at PWI, with coin, with gold-zen with people to play partyTT, becouse USA and Europe is the Country of democracy and economic liberty
Into an dictatorship country probably the government stop people of internet-ational with IP Block, but into the Perfect World this is not possible.

For that reason we defend that you have aldready been see into this game (Nien Beast event with 2 hours time each day 1 for european player and 1 for American Player, not only USA and Canada...know brazilian?!) and we are too much democratics in order to do again it.

By the way, I'm an American, LIVING in Europe, which tells you how ignorant some people are. There's some of us out here who's families are working in other countries trying to make them better. All *I* ask is that I get a little less time staying up at night.0 -

You obviously did not read a single word I posted, I never said anything about that, what I did say is that Europeans need to get over themselves thinking that everything should be for them. Europeans playing PWI made a conscious choice to play on American servers, so they need to accept the fact that the times for things will be geared towards Americans, and even for me living here in the US, event times can be a bit ridiculous to me as well. I have played game in which the primary audience was Europe knowing that I never once complained about the times (it was also and F2P mmo) and I never saw a single American whine about the times they did events (and they only had 1 time they did it, catered just for Europeans) and I met quite a few people that were from the US.
So you need to read what has been posted properly before trying to argue b:bye0 -

Im not some genious on time zones, but tw would be 3 in the afternoon if it shifted over to lets say, the UK, seeing as it is 5 hours ahead, and tw for me right now is at 8pm.0

That said, PWI put their servers in North America, and based them on Pacific time.
It is a shame that they don't schedule things more appropriately for our European players, but there it is. Seriously - When was the last time the players were able to convince PWI to make a major change because of player input?
If you don't like the way they game you play is administered, then don't play. If you don't like the hours they schedule for group events - either lobby the *company* for changes, or get up in the middle of the night. Moaning here is *completely pointless*. The suggestions forum or GTFO. If you don't like hearing euro players whining about the hour of the night it is, then stay off the forums.
It's a game - it's meant to be entertainment. If it is no longer that for you, then find something that *is* entertaining for you.

As a European player I'm sick of other European players complaining too. I'm sick of people who can't pick up a dictionary and read what international means and I'm sick of them prancing around on these forums demanding that they have something tailored to suit them because "QQ it's not fair" or whatever other piece of **** reason they come up with.
Really. This complaining is getting so stupid and it doesn't matter how many times you tell people that "international" means between TWO OR MORE nations and that since PWI is between the US and Canada it is indeed international, people still think they can sit around and demand the right to get something tailored to them.

The GMs cannot make anything suited to your time slot. The forum mods can't do anything about it. And the player base certainly can't no matter how much you sit here and whine and complain and tell everybody how supposedly unfair it is. Stop making the rest of the European players look bad.
Similarly, that's not to say that something couldn't be tailored to better fit a European time scale. It wouldn't be hard to have something that takes place at 9PM/10PM/11PM in Europe - which is not unreasonable to most and bull**** to the people who say it is - and that's not an unreasonable time for certain Americans either. Particularly if it's on a weekend.

1) This game is international. Stop saying it isn't and go read a dictionary instead.
2) This game is not global. Stop demanding that they cater to you because you make every other European who doesn't sit and complain like you look bad.
3) It wouldn't be difficult for them to implement something at a semi-reasonable time for Europeans. But if you carry on ******** at them and calling them stupid, do you think they're going to listen to you?
4) If it's such an issue to you, every single one of you needs to send a ticket detailing this. It's more professional, if you people all get together and send enough they might consider something, and it keeps these forums free of stupid complaints. Two in the afternoon is correct, since they are referring to a night TW in Europe at the same time current TW's are held, which would hypothetically be an afternoon NA TW. Anyhow, the European complaints are quite hilarious. The server runs on NA time, PST to be exact. Why? Because that's where the fricken server is. Had it be run in Europe or on GMT or similar, us in NA would kindly quit whining about not getting events at the most applicable time for us. The international aspect is that Europeans aren't IP banned from playing the game, not that they bend over backwards to accompany every nook and cranny of the planet that isn't banned from playing this version. People should really learn the difference.0 -

Another thing, just read the forum rules dear friends. Linking or advertising another versions of pw not allowed here on forum, especially private servers. PWE has the right to manage event times, if they wanted to, they make it (i guess they don' care about this), and this is not hang on player base, only on managers.
Make a little favor us dear OP. Just dont post more...
