It's about the event boutique, with refining items that were not trade-able in the first place.

Yeah...the 3-x thing, since it mentions act 3 as a whole....could effect all of them. I did see someone complaining earlier in the week about some stuff over in china regarding this but dismissed it....

I guess well just have to see for ourselves. If they raise 3-1 difficulty alot especially (most 3-3 hardcore farmers are uberdiculous people who wont be effected by this) that would make alot of people go nuts b:shocked

I don't think harder difficulty is neccesarily a bad thing.


Last MMO I played, the "rare" items became more common than the NPC gear. Sometimes I wished they'd make a new server with incredibly nerfed drop rates so that getting a rare item actually meant something. Harder difficulty in TT and Nirvana will serve that purpose. Downside is of course that it's frustrating, but my point is there's a good result and a bad result for everything.
