GM goes back to company report that player goes rage (at him or her)
Manager say " It's your job GM, the company hire you for that. Be patient and drink aspirin take enough rest after working. "

Manager say " Please we really need you to calm those people so do your best, OK. Good luck. "

So liek we qq about perfect horns for 1-3 days and they remove it from cash shop, we QQ(Several well thought out opinions and fact covered statements) about packs ruining the game/content/Achievements/Economy for several months and they respond with a LoLuMaDbRo?-quit-

as soon as we get some contact information for the dev's and the marketing department, im sure we will all be happy to take our complaints directly to them, after all the GMs dont log into the game or test the patches (as kanto and frankie have stated in other posts)
until then, they are the only ones who will even get the chance to hear out complaints and its in their hands to do with those complaints what needs to be done, and their inaction on that front, and the BS they give us in an attempt to calm the rage is on their hands.

Are so naive to think that GM which paying for license doesn't have any word? If you leasing the car and car became broken you don't have right at least for free repair of car? And if car is still broken(many times) you have full right to leave contract. The question is... does GM wants to leave? No they have huge profit from game so they shut up. Clearance and getting stuff done has to go through them but they do have say over the day to day of this game. i've been reading this and several other threads for days now and have to say this is the biggest group of babies i've ever seen. yes my income is down but i look for other ways to make coin. if u can't take it quit the game for god's sake. the real world economy is a mess and i'll bet not a one of u has written a letter or made a phonr call to the people who run things. if you could generate this kind of passion and do something with it you might actually make it a better world. but no u bend over hand them the vaseline and smile at em. but here in a game you freak out get abusive and throw fits like a five year old. grow up.0

sorry im a little busy irl to be able to make it to friday/sat tws my summer school ended july 30th and my classes were mon/wed/fri/sat 7:30-9:30pm (9pm = war)... also ive been playing for a year now and i never missed a kami war back when i was still there. Even without salary, many people were still going without complaining about $$ cause ppl farm. No need to hate b:chuckle0 -

i have no problem with legitimate complaints that are well thought out and to the point. after all there is plenty to complain about. my problem is the abuse of gm's the name calling and other bs. u do that to me in RL u gonna get a knuckle sandwich. i can't blame gm's for ignoring a large percentage of these complaints. i agree that there should be a better response to large numbers of legitimate complaints on the same issue. but as most of u know the gm's have little real power, it's the dev's who really can make changes. this is a business and they're making money so i don't see much real change coming till something really hits them in the pocketbook. better communications on these issues from gm's would be nice, but doubt we'll ever see much improvement there. in my opinion the gm's are not doing that bad a job, i've seen worse.0

I agree with most of what you have stated...it is hard though (imo) for those that have never worked a Customer Service job or been in the position to take and field complaints that are out of your control.
Just because ppl do not like something, it is no excuse for the name-calling, etc. If people posted more constructive things, then maybe a better response would be given...Food for thought.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
