Why BMs only Axe

    The axe talk about BMs is mainly because axes do more damage then any other melee weapon (not saying fastest or accurate).

    Im a Axe BM (not a hybrid) and i find it easier to tank and also hold arggo from other party members.

    i had a recent talk to a sword within my faction and i asked how he found it holding arggo. and he replied "its hard as hell". The swords have there advantages but are limited (my opinion). Swords are weaker to use but faster then axes but not faster then fist.

    Also the AOE damage is higher and more skills are avalible for BMs with axes to perform AOE damage then a sword BM.

    so holding arggo with a sword is harder then holding arggo with a axe so making sure you have a barb in your squad because sword BMs arnt the best for tanking bosses (feel free to disagree its an opinion). not sure about PVP as i havent faced or seen a sword BM in PVP so i wont talk about it.

    Uh... axes are the worst weapons if you intend on holding agro, lol.
    Wondering how much longer these **** packs are going to be around.

    Either the sword bm is using dual swords or he is doing something wrong.....

    ffs, BMs are not made to hold agro, if you build your BM to tank/DPS then you're about as good to anysquad as a level 90 barb in level 30 rank gear.

    With ignorance like this, there is likely nothing you can't fail at. Almost sounds like some vit axe, which would explain the not having a clue part.

    I have been playing a sword BM for a long time and I lvl 97. I do not use axes and never have. I have started to start training fists but so far only trained the mastery, have not found need for anything else, yet. I think I will further master it later on but for now it works for me.

    I have noticed that Axe BMs are the most common, not sure why. Thing is most of them are use to going off what others say instead of just trying something and learning what works for them. All four weapons can work very well if you learn to play with them well.

    BMs are THE aggro class. Which hole have you been hiding in?

    If you're still a vit axe at this point, all you're good for is heaven's flame and squad buff. Which ironically every decent BM can also do.
