It's the other 5% that can't distinguish between a fantasy game and the real world that get all upset when PK'd, or made to queue at Oracles for ages, etc etc. It's this same 5% that are maladjusted in the real world, they just comprehend why ppl are *******s in the game, because to them this is as real as their life gets.0 -

1. Not sure if you read previous posts, but he was trying to make a point.
2. He knows this is a video game, that's why he's semi-retired and just cat shops and TWs.
3. Why would he be stupid to "do whatever [he] want" IRL so he can be thrown in jail/killed? That's why he plays this game, stress relief and do whatever he wants in game, aka PKing.
4. He does not have anger issues, I should know.

As for what the previous poster above me had said, it's true. Most people would do whatever they want in MMORPGs or video games because they can't do it IRL. Some people actually treat this game as what it's supposed to be - a game. Why get all upset about getting PKed? Some Enrage does QQ when getting triple ganked in PvP, but others just laugh it off and takes revenge when the person is alone.I call it how I see it.

My previous statement were ment to be taken by someone with half a brain... but i'll try to explain it to people with less then half a brain.
1. common sense dictats whatever i do. such as you won't be find me going up to the biggest guy i can find in real life and smack him in the face. coincidencely you also won't be finding me in game going up to a gm without carrying angels and barraging his ****. no matter how much i want to do both... its NOT logical for me to do so. i stand to gain nothing by doing so... and the potential down side is more then what i am willing to risk. like that other guy suggest me that i rob a bank to prove my point. so what... i am suppose to rob a bank for 5k usd... and get thrown in jail and unable to work for 10 years? i can easily make more then 100 times then robbing a bank if i work a fraction of the time i would otherwise spend in jail... NOT A GOOD TRADE OFF. its a simple matter of weighting the potential gains vs the potential loses. and if the potential loses is greater then the potential gains... YOU DONT DO IT.
2. morality issues... i function by my own morals.. NOT YOURS. as long i can look myself in the eye and sleep at night... i got nothing to answer to you or anyone else.
3. reality issue. on one hand i am a guy shooting arrows at overweight uglies with my oversized bow and not getting squished in the process. on the other hand i am a male living in california who might get squished if the same overweight uglies walked out of that dimensional portal next to my house and started to swing/fling **** at me. while is the same person behind both characters... the functional environment behind each character is vastly different. therefore... while both character will act/function in the similar way... its not logical to expect both character to act as mirror images of each other.
i do what i want within my power and boundaries of my enviroment. when you come up with a way for me to fly and do whatever else i do in pwi in real life. you can bet your life i'll be doing exactly the samething in real life as i have done in game. and since your such a strong believer that everything in pwi parallels everything in real life. the next time you decide to tackle godzilla in tokyo call me and i'll come dd for you. but just like any tank that worked with me in pwi will tell you... i'll be running at the first sign of trouble. and as a full disclosure... i am after godzilla skin to make my boots... god knows i love godzilla leather.... they just feel so soft and comfy.1. It takes a pretty insensitive person to do whatever they want in the game, knowing it hurts the REAL PEOPLE behind those characters. Selfish too. But whatever makes the person happy I guess, kick a puppy for fun.

It is true that pretty much everyone knows it's a game, but the MAJORITY of the real people playing the game prefer to have fun with others and let them have fun too. Instead of purposely harass and hurt people for their own pleasure and say it's just a game.

Don't give me that BS about sensitivity. While I may be considerate of other's feelings, i have no obligation to go so. There is no favorable reward for me to be considerate toward others, especially in an enviroment where they'll most likely turn around and **** me over. I am not spend my free time worring if i hurt some average joe's feelings or not. Thats just not an enjoyable way to spend my time.
Oh, and you know how many people I **** over to get my current job. Yea... I pretty much took away their pay checks. Do I feel bad about it? Not the slightest. The same applies to the people who filed in red on their Schedule D just so i can file in black. Oh... and if you ever decides to go to college or am going... think about all those people who you took a slot from. You are basically **** over their education and in essence their future... some nice guy you are.
All you people do is whine and whine and whine... and tell me what i should do and how i should do it. If that doesn't work the first time... its not going to work the thousandth time. And since cutting in line in an online game is like robbing a bank and kicking a puppy. J-walking must be murder... so think about this boys and girls. The next time you j-walk... your actually committing murder. With the amount of people you killed... I am deeply disturbed as to why the authorities haven't lock you up for your psychopathic tendencies. Which brings me back to my organial point... why the hell would I want to be nice to some psychopath who is waiting to kill me where i stand.1. If I kill you; do something about it yourself, don't go complaining to my wife.

Wow... See, I wasn't being extremely serious before but wow... This is where I jump in and say stuff lol. First off, the way your connecting everything is totally wrong. Yep, I said it - wrong. Everyone is born w/ a conscious, and if you as a human being think some of what your saying is correct, then you need some serious medical help.
Okay, you go white and PK someone in the game... You killed the person for no valid reason other than potential drops/higher kill-number. It's a game, and if you are white running around - then you accept death as a potential thing that can happen. However, if you steal from someone in PWI... Scamming, or something down that line - it's stealing. Stealing is stealing, even if it happens to be cyber-based.
If you shove yourself in-front of everyone on a MQ boss for your own benefit - I personally consider that be an **** move. If you go KS a boss for hours, drag a boss to a town and kill people, and all that. Gratz, it's "fun" for you. It's ruining someone's gaming experience. I personally don't stand for that, and will fight for what is right. Some people in this world can't grasp the concept of right and wrong. Those people tend to get into things over their head, or/and generally are the type that commit illegal activities in real life. In a video game as such, they pick on the weak to make themselves feel good.
I'm sorry but you can't justify "Doing whatever you want in a video game because it makes you feel good, and in real life you can't". I'm done w/ this thread as well. I will not speak to someone that can't type proper english sentences, and attemps to justify things that are unjustifiable.

I need medical help because i believe in survival of the fittest? its not my job to help every unfit weakling survive. if you want to do something about it... then by all means out compete me... otherwise go train more and come back another day. i am not one who'll waste my time helping people who doesn't even want to help themselves. yea... once in a while i'll stop what i am doing and help a nearby nub kill a boss... but in no way will that be the norm.
i have never intentionally scam anyone in game or in real life. what I charge for my goods is between me and me only… if you can’t afford it… then don’t buy it… but don’t come in here and accuse me of scamming. i play on a pve server... anyone i killed in world pvp choose to be white. anyone i killed in tw choose to come against my guild. anyone who i kill in cube should know very well of the risks involved... and yet they choose to come in.
i don't think i ever got accused of ksing by another archer. 99.9% of those who accused me of ksing are either weaklings or slow asses. face it... as an archer... there is no way any melee will get to a mob before i land my hit. and for those casters... there is no way you're hit will land before me considering the chan/cast time involved. so what it comes down it is weakling who carries the false belief that just cause they stand there they are entitled to the mob. of course there is that .1% of the time where someone actually got the hit in before me... well.. i am not going cry myself to sleep about it.
and of course i am going to kill the marriage boss as soon as it spawns... even if there is a dozen people waiting in line. its gonna take what... 10 seconds for me to kill. there is no way i am going to wait 10 minutes for that one noob to kill it... then wait for another hour for all his 10 other friends to do it.
