i'm sure u guys all saw lvl, pvp, kill/death ratio ranking by now. tbh wat i find interesting isnt lvl ranking (just means u want to lvl hard) or the pvp ranking ( so many ppl on it farmed kills, but also many ppl earned the proper way), wats interesting is the kill/death ratio raking. u can kill ppl also survive.
Lame with the creazy ratio followed by few ppl (all gz to lame i luv to hate u), HOWEVER most ppl on the 1st page r venos, that stopped tw for a while and got their kills with nix, b4 most ppl hit 99. so their score would be very interesting had they stayed on and play on. i think most end game ppl will agree with me, YES nix is still powerfull, BUT these days if just 1 vs 1 can tank it out, or at least not as deadly as b4, agree? I hate u my stickb:surrender !!
as for cleric ranking :P wow.. they r really doing it tough must be busy healing in tw :P gz to mse :P b:chuckle my fav pve cleric. Desi i miss u b:sad hope u didnt get blow up in the desert :P
as for bm.. no surprise there
DAMN curse_ ranked no1, no wonder RockyK comes back from raging tide to QQ about how his **** got owned, half year later.
what i find really REALLY interesting is.. a lot of heavy cash shopper ranked rather lowly on the list. and a lot of pker that talk up really loud/big ranked lowly as well.
so my question is.. wats a reasonable kill/death ratio? (aka k/d) for heavy twer/pker
for dd(archer/wiz/veno) i think the pass park is 1.5
for other class (bm/cleric) i think 0.5 or 0.6 is pass mark
for barb if u made the list, gz, for sin/pys no info on u guys from the ranking so i cant talk about it for now
of course not every1 can be pro, some ppl born to provide fun for other ppl, so i thank you guys here b:kiss

thats y i use the kill/death ratio, if u kill over 2k ppl. few weeks out of date wont have big impact.. +- 0.2? but yea cant wait till the proper ranking comes out

You've TWed for so long, of course you're bound to get kills... (even if it means dying a lot also =P)
All I'll say is, some of it is quite surprising- mainly, the venos and archers with low kill:death ratios (below 1.5 or so). I see it as them being ineffective DDs in TW...[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

so that is your trick to getting high k/d ratio....by getting guilds to send feeders in. I might try that too....0 -
My squad is always packed with ppl pumping out massive DD, I demand the ability to look up any players stats and also, credit for assists yo? They do it in sports.

Well..the rankings are always a nice thing to look at, it shows mostly who the active PKers are and who are the decently skilled ones are (to an extent), and it's fun to see where people are at.
However it is ruined by people like that 86 veno on LC :-/

Another funny thing to me is the amount of kills QueenBii has, but only has a 2.0 ratio?0 -
that 53 wins is likely just the amount of land gains, which is very nonsensible meter0

I don't get the kill/death ratio. The last archer on the list is ranked 63 with a .6 ratio... so thats like every death he gets half a kill. does that mean every archer after him gets less then half a kill for every time they die? thats really sad (for us archers as a whole) if you think about it.
but on the other hand... yay for 2.51. If I kill you; do something about it yourself, don't go complaining to my wife.

Kill rankings have always been BS. They're very inaccurate and in the past, PW has removed kills and not released their super secret formula for how the kills are counted. I remember when a lot of us, including myself, lost a few hundred kills. Hell, Wei lost over a thousand if I remember correctly.
But I do find the k/d ratio to be an interesting, funny touch. Not sure about their accuracy, though.

And Pressa..dude, you've got more TW experience than 82.6% of the server. You're going to be on there.
Though it can be hard to gauge TW/PVP effectiveness based on k/d ratio. Wizards for example - Glass cannons who know they're going to get it bad, so they lube up and take out as much as they can before getting sent back to base by entire squads who's job is to hunt wizzies. Or dj, who didn't care. I remember he would purposely take on ANY fight, regardless if it was 1 on 1 or 36 vs him.
I'm sure the original Evenixus would be pissed if he saw his ratio. Tsk tsk.

Either it's meant to be like that, or like Frankie said, they weren't supposed to be released for a reason because they are tweaking things..
From the looks of it, they take the top 200 overall highest levels (in terms of who made the account/character first) that determines the top 200, and if you aren't in the top 200 there, you won't be put in that veno page.0 -

Thats the specific veno page of HT, Showing only 28 venos from 101 and up. Not the top 200 venos. Which I said before its not done and not any real need to worry what it says right now.working it Q_Q

The top 200 levels in the server, are broken down into the classes, which means we have 28 venos in the top 200 overall in our server, only the top 200 are shown overall, so it's only gonna show the 28 venos on that overall list, into the veno list.0 -

The levels are, as mystic said, based on when you made your char. That has nothing to do with PK kills or kill/death ratio, but of which should be correct but just a bit outdated.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

What Mystic was trying to express is that it works like a spread sheet. I takes the top 200 overall. When you filter that 200 list to Veno, it only shows the Venos that are in that top 200 of all classes list. If 53 of the 200 were Venos, the filtered list would have 53. In this case, 28/200 are Venos, so thats all that shows on the class filter. You'll never get any results that dont appear on the top 200 overall, its just a way to look at the top 200 with classes filtered.0
