Seriously, let me break something down for everyone.
A TW guild wants nothing more than to be the best at TW. To prove this, they will take the whole map. That's what KD wanted, that's what KY wants, that's what Zulu wants.
Otherwise, Zulu would just stop after beating Kylin 5-6 times and say "ok, we're the best, we're done now."
Do you think that if everyone on the server ganked Zulu and got them off the map that Kylin wouldn't hesitate to stomp you all out and your TW dreams along with it?
Taking the entire server is the whole point of TW. Gank one guild, another rises up, you gank the next most successful guild, etc.
And I'm pretty sure members joining from another faction isn't actually accepting "help" from them. You're not tied to a faction, it's a game.0 -

Here's my thought on the last comments made on this thread... Every server needs a big rpk guild and I was glad when I saw Zulu going up against KD to win even though KD was weak at that point. Its natural that Zulu wants to take other lands around em before trying to atk and fail at taking land from KY when they hav very few lands.
The only thing I dont like about Zulu is their members mouth... too many coc.ky ppl for too few good players. Its true that KY also has a bunch of bad players but at least u wont c those bad KY players saying how good they r when all they do is hide behind the big csers Zulu has, Zulu would b better off without those big mouths. You wont c a KY member spamming in-game and on forums things like "we hav the best players", "we r pro **** lawl", "u guys fail hard cuz u cant take lands from us", etc when ppl talk too much and cant back up their words it gets annoying and stupid. I dont know how many times I saw zulu members getting rolled at even numbers or gears and then zerging to say 30 mins later "u guys need to learn how pvp" lol wth...!? The funny thing is that it doesnt only happens with KY members, but with all other guilds(sumtimes).
Big RPK guilds tend to gather too many co.cky ppl, its natural cuz most of em will think they r the only ppl that can pvp well(I hav been in 2 big rpk guilds so I know what Im talking about)... But until I see more Zulu members showing sum real "skills" in group pvp instead of hiding behind their big csers and mouthing off(cant see anymore cuz I quit lol), I cant see Zulu presence in the normal pvp or even in TW beneficial for the entertainment of the server. Zulu wont b ganked for now mainly cuz Crimson is out of the picture and they r the only guild that would cause big probs in stacked TWs.(perhaps Evoke and Pengwins too) The best guild will get closer to take most of the map like KD did, but at this point a seriously doubt any guild can do it cuz ganks will destroy whoever does it making it not possible to avoid losing lands every week, unless this guild gathers all servers heavy csers and all the powerful active players which seems impossible too.0 -
Usually im a fan of trash talk IF that gets people involved/active/PvPing/something.
Easier to get ppl to PK each other when they have a reason.
But i do agree plenty ppl in Zulu talks more than what they can back up, and some just plain talk too much and never do nothing.
Conclusion? Just have fun and take KY/Zulu however you like it. They are what they are and they not gonna change much no matter how much anyone QQs about it.

There are no overly-cocky players in Kylin and Zulu, in my experience.

Except you do realize most of those people Pai and you are talking about never really trash talked until they joined zulu. People i was friends with in KD, for example, were some of the quietest people on the server. Barely knew they were even online unless you were in their squad for something. 1- Tekk did say he will eat Zulus cristal like 3 times but he wasnt a non-factor hiding behind the big boys was he?

3- Im one of the KY that said that mainly cuz I didnt know how strong Zulu was, but its not like the rest of the server said the same thing wasnt it? And I seriously dont c anything wrong with saying my guild will win the next TW.

That was the part of the post i was getting at, you made it sound as if KY all have halo's over their heads and never talk trash, think there better than they are etc, yet you just admitted that a number of them did exactly that, Tekk thought he was better than he was, everyone who said they would win in under 30 mins thought they where better than they where.
And no the rest of the server did not agree with KY's "30 min win" thing, KD/ex-KD members where repeatedly saying here and ingame that Zulu was more powerfull/3hour war etc. The major majority of people on these forums said 3 hour war.
May i ask does it matter if someone trash talking is a "factor" or not? Surely the "factors" who are talking trash are less of a factor than they belive as there not making a diference? In turn this would make them a "non-factor" as they are making no diference?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

It isnt about being non-factor, ppl that barely hurt in pvp or TW can talk as much as they please but tekk had enough reasons to say he would destroy Zulu cristal, afterall its not everyday u will find a barb with 40k hp. This cs-er elf u r talking said that, I can say now aswell that I bet 200mil on how zulu will fail this week but is there anything wrong with that? no, Im jus confident that KY will win when they hav to defend. If u read and try to understand my other post u will see Im talking about Zulu members that claim to b good when they r **** as players and hide behind the few good players Zulu has, which is annoying and stupid. The bet was 250 mil. I do not believe I said anything negative about it either. After that TW i had about 8 or so people pming me and my response went to WC where I said I would place 250 mil that Zulu loses their first attack war. Arrogant maybe a little, shet talking? not hardly. Sadly nobody wanted to take me up on it.
Alot of the not up to par Zulus want to trash talk and not put their money where their mouth is. They ride the coat-tails of the elite Zulu players who you don't even see here. I like Zulu in the state it is. It feeds my fire to want to better my faction, something that was stagnant for awhile now.
The zergs is over. This is how zulu operates and will only be countered with more participation on our behalf. If we are getting zerged its because we are choosing to let it happen.
As far as TW goes... this is where I see all the nonfactors coming out. 6 TWs and they think they know it all. When you are on an attack war more risks are involved. When a war is looking like a stalemate with low time remaining you see more full rushes where anything happen. For the most part its been Zulu full rushing back and being successful with it. We had a few blah TWs and it will be adjusted accordingly. Really though just enjoy the TWs because im sure we wont have many 1-1s in the near future.

My point remains the same, claiming that no Kylin members talk trash, think there better than they are etc is nonsence and a complete lie. That was the part of your post that i took issue with, there are a number of KY members who i have great respect for because of there actions in game however the fact remains, KY talk as much trash as zulu, before the TWs KY talked more trash / had the bigger ego's, currently zulu is worse for it. My first message in guild chat after TW are "GJ zulu" followed by "Dont talk trash" and then when a KY member says something that would spark it off, such as thailers bet (didnt want to bring your name into it as your actualy someone i quite like and respect in game, it was just a example) i will write "dont respond to it" or something along those lines. Obviously im ignored which i would expect.
My issue was simply that part of your post was so blatently untrue i brought it up.
The point on TW which i just remembered reading thailers post was the "Just because you won with your whole faction in our base in under a hour doesnt make it a victory" posts. The problem is some zulu members are taking it as a big victory (such as a good win) where as some KY members are disregarding it as meaningless. My personal opinion is that neither is right, a good defence victory is a good thing as it means (in zulu's case) that we have made progress on the map by taking one easy land and not lost any land the end result of the weekend is Zulu +1 land, KY +0 land. However it is not as good as a victory over the other strong guild (in this case Kylin) as that would mean Zulu +1 land Kylin -1 land.
Also im loving TW atm, summer is here and for me that means more work and next to no time to play so TW is the main thing i log on for now. Seeing how the attack goes this week will be interesting and i cant wait.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

I hear trash talking occurs between factions that TW against each other.
I suggest someone taking up the role of quantifying and analyzing this said trash talk so that we may discuss this more objectively on the forums and reach the conclusion as to who has the most dooshes in their faction.

just because everyone around us can afford such stupidity as to +1 a bow with a Orb +12 doesnt mean the rest of the server can, ijs, "not up to par" lol "elite zulu players", other factions don't have our structure mate.

Plz just stop making a fool of yourself in front of our own members, it affects our morale more than losing 6 wars. It is not only the "elite" that wins the wars, its not just a handful of people, its people as a whole, and your attitude is not helping us. When our guild learns that we will start working better and win. Our example so far has been swiping the credit card to pve harder and expect to roll. It doesnt work like that. Maybe for you, but not for the rest.

It's cute how you troll anything I post. I also like how you try to represent kylin. Either post on your Zulu main or troll elsewhere. My bet was clearly made to people who every bit cash shop as much as I do but clearly like to deny it. I never shet talked with it lke I said. That might be true, but I never said there was either. I'm just saying I'm pretty sure Tekk does have 40k HP everyday, hence finding a barb with 40k HP everyday is something you can do quite easily.
