    i dont think it rounds down every time. i think it rounds to the closest set interval.

    i use relentless courage on my sin with 90 str this makes it a 27.5% change.

    with my current gear i have 1.54 APS or .65 interval

    when i use relentless courage i get 2.22 APS

    the formula however would make it 2.12

    since 2.22 is closer to 2.12 than 2.0 it seems rounds to 2.22

    Yes, when there's a higher interval that's closer, it would round to that. I mean when it's 0.X25 and directly between 2 intervals that it will round down to the smaller one.
