you should consider yourself lucky an american subsidiary even allows your region into the game as there is a EU version. adjust to the time zones, or play the -5:00 GMT servers, or shut up.

Waffle's right... PWI could just as easily have said "Sorry, you must be in the Western hemisphere to play this game." .... But they didn't. It's an American company, with servers in America. Why SHOULD they adapt & change everything around to meet YOUR needs?

TW times really make no sense, especially from the EU perspective.

If a Sunday war starts at 8pm PST, that's 11EST.... many people on the East Coast may have a hard time participating on Sundays if they have work or school the next day.

Sure, MY and CN have it a little easier, but the people in Eurorpe often have to wake up or stay awake to 3-5am... seeing how this is supposedly an "international" version of the game they would adjust the times a few hours earlier.

The time slots do make sense for a single country or region (as it was originally designed) but for the international market, just isn't smart.
I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.

It's all about the US. We should get on our knees and kiss their feet for letting us play, oh the generosity.

This is still a business, and they know other regions pay money too. So no, there's nothing to thank them for.

alright, i'm going to end this right now

lets say they fix TW times so ya'll europeans can have your precious TW

guess what? now the other half of the world QQ's cause they are **** out like you were before the "fix"

hence, SOMEONE WILL BE **** OUT, and since this is an american-hosted version, it caters PRIMARILY to americans

Stuff in red... was that really necessary? But whatever, thanks for that...

Anyway, I'm not arguing that international customers also buy zen, give the company $, etc... What I'm saying is that at the end of the day, it's an American company, so it only makes sense for them to base everything around American times. If we go by your logic, they should have a TW every hour, so that people in every time zone could participate... That'd be fair, right? Good luck trying to coordinate that kinda mess...

Take away the players outside US timezones and you are going to have a pretty empty server, in Heaven's Tear. Even for USA players, Sunday afternoon TW's makes more sense than Sunday night. I agree with the original post.

theres a difference between some stupid cash shop item and actual horrible game service. the EU version is horribly laggy, lacks almost all the major content, and has horrible customer service... its utter garbage, seriously. has nothing to do with perspective

i am not talking about taking away the usa players... i am asking pwi looks after the none am,aericans that pays alot of $ to play this game and misss out on so much due to times ... makes no sense as a company lossing out on profit margins due to blindnesss adjust times for all to enjoy is all i ask ..

and ps i just noticed missed understod sry u right :)

i'm not gonna argue with you that pushing the sunday times to the afternoon instead of the night is a good idea, cause i agree, sundays are hard to do night TWs especially for those with jobs/school (even in USA)

but simple fact remains, no matter how much you try to re-schedule the time slots, SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE, in the world will complain about the TWs being in the middle of the night

hence why they put the TW times according to american days/nights, because after all, we host the game

Yes it is. It's not just some stupid cash shop item, it messed up the whole economy.
Perhaps it lacks content. but at least the content there doesn't take a big chunk of an average person's salary.

When I tried that version, I actually had less lag than over here.

As for horrible customer service. Removing hairstyles from players and then saying those haircuts were a bug is excellent "customer service".

it is just a cash shop item, and its not inhibiting your ability to play, nor do you need any $ to play any content here. last i checked them and PH pw were still celebrating lost empire...

they looked into and have fixed the hairissue too.

youre just arguing semantics. PWI > EU. its an american company to cater to americans. irregardless of what time TW is at, someone is going to be odd man out.

Moving more of the TW times to Saturday and Sunday afternoons, does NOT make it inconvenient to Americans in the least, but does make it far more accessible to other time zones. Just makes sense is all.

You didn't end anything, you just continue to amaze with your ignorance.

The times set for TW aren't set by PWI or even adjusted for the 'international' market as it should be. TW times were originally set for a single time zone. So everyone who would TW would stay up no later than 11pm getting it done.

Hell, this is even common sense. But yeah, you're leveled every class and every cultivation to endgame. lol

Ok, for the sake of argument, let's say they decide to move the TW's up a few hours, like you guys are proposing.

Most of you guys who are QQ'ing about this are where? Europe, right? Ok, so they move the TW's, and now what happens? Suddenly the players a few hours past you guys start QQ'ing cause now it's the middle of the night for THEM!

Do you understand the point? No matter when the TW's are, there will ALWAYS be a group that gets the shaft, time-wise. There's just no way around that.

agreed, but who cares? things have stabilized, and the stuff turns out to not be so damn "uber" as everyone thought it was
It's not so much about the "uber" stuff to me. I'm a casual CSer and I buy something if I really want it (Fashion, mount etc). Some other stuff I like to buy by using ingame coins, which has now become pretty expensive.

Perhaps it lacks content. but at least the content there doesn't take a big chunk of an average person's salary.

there's very little content here that takes RL money, and all that content is entirely optional

Playing the game is optional too. I choose to play and pay once in a while. Over there I get more stuff for my money.

When I tried that version, I actually had less lag than over here.

probably because you live nearer to the EU servers?
That was exactly my point to Tear. He lags because he lives further away.

As for horrible customer service. Removing hairstyles from players and then saying those haircuts were a bug is excellent "customer service".
that's because it WAS a bug. look at the hairstyle ICONS. they were bugged, giving the wrong hairstyles (granted, those were nice hairstyles)
How are you so sure the icons weren't bugged instead? Or what about adding the ones on the icons instead of adding and removing

    b:cute

The effect, that is, ruining the economy, did change my game experience. (again personal perspective)
PWI was also way behind MY and China. It's possible for PWMS to catch up too. Saying it isn't is just a biased view of yours.

The hairstyle problem wasn't fixed. I don't call a free make-over scroll, without putting the old styles back in, a fix.

PWI is an American company to cater to their customers. Which is what business do.

but if the times was set up fairly it would not be a issue cas we all would have times we like and dislike
