Even as pve-beast there is no reason going sage anymore.

There use to be benefits being sage for pve before they nerfed all the instances and introduced genies.

The extra chi and defense skills was rather useful when Lunar Glade took an entire day, or when you did Rebirth without absolute domain and ToP lol.

Now its all easy mode and you can even do it at lvl 8X. Genies also kinda balanced out the few things demon missed in defense. Wile genies on the other hand did NOT balance out the attack speed and crit sage lacked.

I personally think they should remove the sage option for archers until its updated so no one picks it by mistake b:surrender

I do not agree with you.

I have repeatedly stated that sage goes with my hair, and demon does not.

(I am not going to say much about TW/PvP because I am still learning, but I have not lost to any demon archers in a 1 on 1 fight since I have gone sage. And I have killed a few including at least one that posts here. And I do not have particularly heavy refines nor a brag-worthy weapon. I am sure a demon archer will eventually solo kill me, freeing me from that particular boast, and I have seen plenty of theory crafting about specific combat situations. But some of us sages do have reasons for our choices even if we do not care to be spelling all of them out for you.)

um...to be fair it's not hard to "not lose" against any archer unless you are killed within stun duration or something...archers can usually get away from another archer if they want to, unless the gear/level difference is very high...just saying

if you're talking about me whom you've killed, lol people kill and people get killed all the time in TW, it doesn't prove a thing. i've killed people of all classes in TW, including lvl 10x wiz, barbs, and venos, and that was before i reached lvl 95. does that mean archer > all classes?
