Okay so lately on Lost City, the QQ level has risen quite a bit over the past several weeks. Seems like people always have a reason to "report" you for PKing them. I for one, am sick of it and need answers.

Marriage Daily PK is one of the main concerns at the moment. Yeah, camping around marriage daily and random PKing everyone on sight should be bannable... but killing a guilds KoS? Wow.

As for my delemma...:

I killed one of my guild's Kos, his friend ressed him. When he ressed I killed him again because i'm still in the area killing Quest Mobs. Then I got this wonderful QQ:

Camping can be one thing. But ressing my Kos RIGHT NEXT TO ME doesn't mean i'm going to let it go due to her QQ to Gms. So can I have an answer from GMs? Why is PK on a PvP server getting reported constantly?

    I could care less what they say, QQ is always amusing to read.

    The fact that something like this is an actual bannable offense makes me laugh and question this game...

    Why do you think it's a bannable offense? Because some idiot in a game told you? LOL. If they ban you, it should be for gullibility.

    Repeatedly killing the same person over and over at some point becomes griefing or harassment, but killing him twice really isn't. Nupayne killed me 8 times in a row last week, and I didn't report it, though IMHO he was pushing the limits pretty far.

    I pretty sure there rules in Pking it all fair game after lvl 30

    Nupayne killed my alt 32 times in a row. (she was uncharmed so i thought see how far he pushes it b:laugh) i did report it and GM s said reroll pve. yet on Harshlands you pk the same person 3 times (tusk town not even near sp)and you are banned for griefing.
    imo a server should either be pk or non pk. it shouldn't matter how many times or where you kill someone, if they are grinding or doing a quest. and *if* there are going to be rules about griefing, then state them clearly so we all know exactly what is allowed. last game i played you lost exp from getting pk d. so about 1.2 mil exp loss every time i was pk d b:cry makes getting pk d on LC laughable.

    had a white named 4x keep running towards us at angler's village...and saying that his suicidal actions somehow will lead to a ban for us.

    killing people over and over is called griefing and it go in the harrassament rule

    killing him 2 time = lol
    killing him 20+ time = ban

    If i had a MILL for everytime someone REPORTED me for pk.......i'd buy the server^^

    But really.......TRUE story.
    I won't say the name, cos we not KOS anymore.
    There was once i caught a kos training. I pk her. She came back i pk her. ON AND ON.
    Then the usual "IM REPORTING YOU!!!" goat pm.
    And she DID!!!!! GM Showed up on the scene. Can't remeber wich GM tho, was quite long ago.
    Gm was like " You are harrasing BLAH BLEA BLURGH"

    I Chewed that MOTHER OUT!
    Was like " Oh so what? these mothers can do it to MY ppl as and when they like? But when i do it they can't take the HEAT? You GM'S gonna interfere with factions KOS now? YOU TAKING SIDES???? BAM!! BAM!! BAM!!

    Ended up with gm porting HER away from me, and giving HER the " well we do not interfere in faction wars blah blah bleah, you can go to otehr areas to train blah bleah blarg!"
    And i still killed this person and her faction as and when i run into em.
    No SWEAT! Till KOS was off that is-_-

    So i can say.
    If u RPK...then yeah, MAYBE they got grounds to bann you or WHATEVER.
    But if u keep it within KOS and all, aint NOTHING noone can do to you.

    Vouch. I'm familiar enough with this to know it's all true. Except the part where you lied to the GM about the other faction doing the same thing to yours, because that never happened (and really couldn't have happened at that time). Still, it's interesting that you were basically able to bully the GM into backing down and completely changing his stance.     Umm ok. To be HONEST. It wasn't like a LIE lah. I assume that since we were on kos, both sides were taking hits-_- I just ran with this ASSUMPTION actually....

    I didn't BULLY the gm tho. I said it like it is. I mean we ALL been pked, we ALL been in pk wars. It's the way things WORK. How you gonna try calling a GM to help YOUR side....thats farked up jack!

    GM's best be using their time helping out in REAL issues like bugs or stuck in rooms or WHATEVER.

    Now i think the gm's analyze the situation on a case to case basis.
    If they arrive on the scene, and u jst BLASTING anything that moves....then in MY OPINION....yeah, your **** griefing **** deserves what ya got coming.
    But if u killing this ONE guy, or ONE group, cos their faction and yours is at war.....Then the gm's won't and CAN'T step in.

    show me where in the rule book or TOS that it states you may not pk in SP. let me just short cut for you .. it doesn't. you have to go to heavens tear to turn in culti and people camp there all the time. are people being banned for pk ing in there too? nope. just random bans for select people.

    imo there needs to be the same rules that apply to everyone all the time. not if you are kos or belong to an rpk faction, not if you are lvl 9x pk ing a lvl 3x questing. just consistant rules that apply to all players all the time, no matter how much money they have spent.

    According to the GMs, all PvP in secret passage is bannable. That means if you kill someone your own level in an even fight one time then YOU CAN STILL GET BANNED.


    So yea, really dumb and this probably doesn't apply anymore since I beleive that the rule gets changed at least once a week.

    I swear a I think that they change the rules once a week just to keep us on our toes.

    after I came back from quitting a few months, I went and camped secret passage for about two hours, killing everyone who i could find in there. People complained about it, but I didn't have any gm response.

    People complain about pk all the time but people actually getting banned for it...does that happen?

    You assumed that people questing in the swamps were pk-ing your level 90+ faction members 20 times an hour? You assumed your players sucked that much? Sure, there were deaths on both sides, but don't pretend you didn't know that KOS was totally lop-sided.

    I don't think "the enemy" ever sent 2 full squads of people to camp WQ 29 and kill one of your people 58 times in a row. I don't think the enemy ever had 8 people stalking you in safe zone for over an hour while you watched TV and walked around during commercial breaks to keep them interested and laughed at how psychotic they were about KOS. But you guys did that to the enemy.

    Neways. not to get TOO sidetracked on this...Kos been off for a long time. And if you are who i think you are, u KNOW me. The kos/tag goes off, u never see my face again. Was nothing personal^__^

    My point of the story was to show what proof and experience i had with this topic.
    SO my thinking is, if u want to PK, do it to KOS. Gm's will leave u alone.

    If u go BANANAS and kill evryting with a white named...then yeah...SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN TO YOU.
