    What's wrong with them? Too OP or just freaking useless?

    Well, turns out CN actually did re-vamp these, 1's still semi useless (as it's available on a brand new genie) and makes little sense for the class, the others upon the last revision sound great though there are still essential things missing for Psychics.

    Last revision as translated somewhere on this site to the best of my recollection

    79:
    skill 1: 60% increased flyspeed for x duration (the useless one that carried over)
    skill 2: Linear damage 200% + some number (I'll shoot lasers through people now, pewpew)

    100:
    skill 1: single target damage 300% + some number (eh, maybe not worth my chrono pages, but sounds better than aqua impact to me)
    skill 2: 2 spark 400% aoe damage + 10k ish + debuff of some sort (look a skill that will make tideborns damage potential equal to that of DD Clerics/ Wizard spikes)

    Don't recall the Assassin ones because I didn't care to read about sins at that point, but I think it was 2 useless or redundant skills and 2 freakishly multifaceted skills.

    Someone else asked if the Tideborn are "officially complete", so I've updated the first post to reflect the current state, as far as I know it.
