did a hybrid sin not long ago and i dont think i got 13 hp per vit felt more like 11-12 but i could be mistaken (to be honest the lil extra hp was not a huge help) might re-try a pure build to test since i didnt give it much time to shine

it IS 13 hp per vit

go get a piece of equipment with +1 vit, look at your health before you equip it and then after you equip it

go get a piece of equipment with +2 vit and you will see it adds 26 not 25
