Hailstorm

i know there a bunch of topics on this but i just want a flat out answer of yes or no.the question is, do i get hailstorm.(im not talking about leveling it i was just asking should i get 1 level of it and move on or should i skip it intiraly?)

    Silly Wizard. You HAVE to get it in order to level up your higher-level Water Spells.

    I'd also say level it up later on...but not as soon as you get it.

    look at skill tree you don't have to get it to level up higher water spells so your an silly wizard.

    *ahem* EITHER way...it's a fairly nice AoE...not too great at lower levels, but when you have the spirit to level it up, it's like an AoE Gush at level 10, with a chance to freeze.

    Level 1 is enough for many levels as the chance to freeze doesn't go any higher.

    I will max it now as I stopped leveling and plan to max all skills first :P

    hailstorm is a great pvp skill to use on BMs/barbs. At level 10 it freezes for 4 seconds so you get a good amount of skills in.

    Level 1 is worthless, don't bother unless you're going to max it. Coincidentally, it's a really cheap skill to get anyways.

    Its not as bad as its let out to be. It freezes, and its AoE. Kinda bad damage but meh

    YES! But only level and max it at higher levels (7X+ or 8X+)
