    Heh, I love how they claim "exclusive", since I've seen it on other U.S./english sites (like Cinderboy's), as well as my blog. But, hey. if it makes tham happy to be "first to press", then so be it. b:chuckle

    The more that know= that much more momentum going forward. Gotta say, it's looking better and better, the more we see of it. After watching the trailer(s), it occurs to me I need to start assembling a setup that meets/exceeds "recommended" settings, it's just "too purty" to run on minimal specs.

    I really wish there was a higher resolution version available, but that's my own impatience talking. I have been a "MMO drifter" for many a year, now, and have a growing sense of confidence that Forsaken World shall be my final resting place.

    Same here. I'm looking for a mmorpg that finally draws me in. I really hope Forsaken World is the "one" for me (sounds weird xD). All the screenshots I have seen look good, but what intrigues me the most are the features and the classes (vampire class...). I hope for more news (especially about classes) and of course for an official website soon.

    PS: Yeah, I saw that trailer in your blog xD. The screenshots are from cinderboy's blog, I think...)

    (I'm assuming)It has Height,Waist and other adjustments

    Games with occidental/european settings are my favorites. Even better since apparentley we're going to get settings from all over the world! One of the best classes I've ever played are Bards, which are found in another game. I'm really excited about this game and can't wait untill its released here. But for now, Perfect World International it is. b:victory

    I want to try the Blood Controller (Vampire) class out if this ends up hitting stateside. They appear to be a warrior/mage, which is my favorite type to play in regular games. This looks like it'll take on more of a classic fantasy theme and has a darker overall appearance than PW. It'll have to be one hell of a good game to make me leave what I've constructed so far in this one.

    I think I would need to upgrade most of my computer hardware (especially RAM) before I can touch that game. b:shocked

    Unless it's more efficient than the current PWI engine....

    Yeah, details are really hard to come by, "this early in the game", best results are actually monitoring the Chinese forums for tidbits. As time progresses, however, and once other betas (Kung-Foo!, Battle of Immortals) is past, then we can expect to see more 'official' data streaming out of PWE. Best advice, atm? Play out everything that's "on offer", and before you know it, it'll be "Forsaken time!"

    PET SYSTEM:

    Pets are mobs that are tamed
    Pets have been made with a specially designed AI(Artificial Intelligence)
    Pets cannot/will not be more powerful than a player they are merely for support
    Some pets like wolves will have special abilities only available to them.

    I can only sit back,, and laugh, because all our 'theorycrafting' is gonna stand, (or fall) on the US/EU release, in which *so very much* may change, in translation.

    mmosite is, as always, behind with their information, as they have just released an article on soul pk. I hope official news from Perfect World will be given to us during March.

    Yes, I believe it will. There have even been *hints* in the Chinese forums that announcements *may* coincide with, and as early as, February 14th which is both Valentine's Day, and the beginning of the Chinese New Year (Year of the Metal Tiger).
    Considering FW is only just now getting ready for Beta, in China, and with PWE's other betas underway, all we can do it "wait". b:sad Once the floodgates of info open from PWE, then things will hit high gear, and there will be no looking back.

    However, as stated in a new blog post, at this time I think *any* coverage is good, since for many, Forsaken World is still just a vague concept. Soon enough, all the gaming world will know Forsaken World.

    Take heart in the idea that we, who stood in readiness, well before the storm hit, were best prepared for the deluge.

    Of course you are right that we have to be thankful for any sort of coverage, as Forsaken World is still unknown to many. But still, mmosite isn't exactly the place I would go for professional marketing/articles =). Though of course you are right, as long as they spread the word of Forsaken World, they have my blessings. And believe me, I'm more than prepared b:laugh

    I would not as much call it the end as I would call it "a new beginning" for both Perfect World Entertainment and the free to play industry. That is, if they can deliver on their promises. But still nice to see some people coming here that are interested =).
