Barb asking for free Charm for RB

Is that really normal ? Some said people consider it normal to donate a charm to a barb, but I'm not rich enough to do so, let alone give it to a complete stranger who will probably just do ONE run with me.. When I read a barb asking for one I found it despicable b:shutup I wouldn't dare asking such a thing. And he claimed it was worth the "investment" Yeah , I would love to pay for the rest of the charm you will use outside RB's b:beatenup Oh wait, you don't have coins for your skills ? Here are some. Oh, you need TT gear, sure I'll buy it. Want my creditcardnumber with that ?

It's not like he has no profit from a RB, he's doing it for himself so pays for his own investment like everyone else

Depending on what rebirth and what kind of extra support from BM the barb is doing/getting.

Barbs lose money in gamma. We have no compensation for our HP charms being burned, just like the archer has no compensation for their MP charms/arrows. But, archers get the opportunity to have MP 2-3 to help them.

Look, barbs do rebirth for the xp and sp. If your gonna wine about the repair cost or whatever, you shouldnt have rolled a barb in the first place. Go roll a veno.

This cat seems extremely greedy. I dont expect anything from my rb squads. Once in awhile, I will get a free gold charm, or even a few 100k...and that is always an added bonus, and I show my gratitude. But I dont even think about asking for it.

Oh please, all classes have their own costs. Archers burn insane amount of mp in gamma, not to mention delta. BMs and venos have to buy 10 incense per gamma/delta run. Barbs burn some hp charm in rebirth, clerics burn insane amount of mana in TT runs and whatnot.

There are desperate people who WC offering barbs charms or a mil coin or whatnot. To each their own, I guess. Personally though, if a random barb asked me for a charm I'd tell him to shove it where the sun don't shine.

Personally, don't supply the clerics and barbs charms. Barbs and Clerics can get that themselves. Its RB anyways, you don't have to do it. (Besides the 90+ quests for it)

Its bad enough that some Barbs and Clerics are QQing for charms, pots, etc. etc.

Yeah I had barbs blatantly asking me for cash or charms.

Don't like the cost of your class? Reroll. You'll see that it doesn't get much better for everyone. Everyone has their costs, and I'm not about to start paying for others while I have my own. I don't want people to cover my own stuff anyways.

I've heard people desperate for a barb offering a free charm over WC. I'd wager one or two barbs got a free charm once and now are spoiled. Demanding one is just silly tho.

i dont know where that barb though he should get a charm for free for that.. i mean, archers dont go asking for an mp charm per RB, do they?
is like a bm asking someone to pay telle incenses or a wizzy for their repairs, if you want to go, the xp is worth it even if you lose 100k (idk how much they lose, but honestly cant be more than 500k since rb does give money) anyway, if in my gamma times a barb came and asked me for a charm, you can be sure he would be kicked

leave the barb uncharmed, give him some event pots instead, and get past the earthquaker boss.
that gives 400k+ exp
and all without a charm.
and will show if the barb is competent. If he dies before it then...he's gonna die even with a charm at the double wave.

If BigPunisher or barb with similar power from sanctuary asks to get paid. I'm pretty sure I will pay. And probably without them asking for money. Otherwise, I have the same words about it as PVP. Come prepared or don't come.

Same story as BH69 really. Kinda appalling since they're pretty much the only class that demands such special treatment. I always have to laugh at the "Repairz Q_Q excuse" for a barb running bh69, I've tanked it many times myself...so I KNOW the exact repairs.

Clerics deserve a free charm just as much as a barb does. Quite a few barbs run RB entirely free of charge and are more than satisfied with their exp rewards. The greedy one or two should just be ignored really. 99% of the time they don't know how to play their class either

ya, i went on an fc run recently, the barb asked for a charm, someone was good enough to give him one, then he said he couldnt tank cause of lag...

i ended up tanking with my bm. well, a gold item dropped and we agreed to split gold drops b4 hand. the barb took it and left. we asked him, he said barbs get first pick.

everyone was like wtf.

I agree. I wouldn't furnish a complete stranger with expensive resources and place my trust in them.

However if I knew someone who wanted to borrow some coin, or we have had many runs together and are friends now, same faction etc. Sure I'll cover it no problem. But of course those would really be the only extenuating circumstances.

This. I have a couple barbs that are good friends and have helped me out when I needed the help (and vice versa). I usually try to toss them 100k coin or so to help with their repairs simply because I appreciate their help.

I've had all of 2 situations where a Barb 'asked/demanded' a charm to do a run with me. I laughed at them and told them I'll find someone else. They get kinda offended when you do that and start a QQ about costs blah blah, and there is no way a Veno would have any idea how much it costs to run a barb.

I laugh at them again (which makes them even madder), and let them know that not only do I have an idea about how much it costs to run a barb, I've done it. Have friends that are barbs and talk with them about their costs, so I 'have a clue'. I then tell them their help is not needed and to have a nice day.

Won't let them in the squad or kick them if they are in it.

Not gonna have some barb say after all that.. oh alright fine, lets just get this done, then steal a mold or good drop and exit stage left.

Don't trust em at that point.
