    if u say stream gives pdeff, then the sages will come w/ "oh ya? well....vangaurd does that too" i perfer the over power'd rejuv heal+deff then having to cast a non heal for it though, regaurdless of how fast the cast is. besides rejuv is in my healing marco xP.

    I heard and read here it was the other way around.
