    I would just say. How often can demon mage use his 25% faster channeling for 15s? When he need 3 spark for that and he doesn't have chi? How often he can use 3 spark? I have 20% chance to gain chi from pyro. Which gives me 45 chi + chibooster = 50chi + Elemental Shell = 15 chi together is it 110chi= 1 spark and 10chi for nothing. And fighting at bosses when I use just divine pyro and pyro, I'm gaining chi very, very fast. So I can spark at least every minute.

    once again, is that your only argument? that you can gain chi by the truckload, and what you can do with it? thats not an argument, its a broken record. i understand why you made your decision, but its neither valid nor a compelling argument on why sage > demon.

    Cloud eruption works miracles if you have enough str on your genie. This is what I can do:

    demon spark>cloud eruption>ulti (or sutra)

    My genie has enough str so that I gain 2 sparks after demon spark. Yum. If I wanted to be really crazy I can do this:

    demon spark>cloud eruption>ulti (or sutra)>2-spark chi pot>ulti (or sutra)

    Yeesh, two ultis in one combo. b:chuckle (not recommended since if you use chi pots, there's that apo cooldown thing).

    So cloud eruption is not all bad. Actually, I love it. And it saves me mana, so that I don't have to use morning dew or frostblade for chi.

Honestly people, if you are going to jack a thread, at least do it for a good reason. -.- I think we all agree that wizards have the highest consistent damage, no matter what directionality you pick at 89.     Pfft, you're all wrong. GM is the highest dmg class. They can one-shot any other class with their Ban Saber. A shot so devastating, they stay dead and are never heard from again.

    Both of those class's require huge amounts of cash (compared to others ofc) at end game (EA) or both mid and end (MG). Unless ofc you spend countless hours grinding to make coin to refine/shard gear.

    lvl 92
    Sage: nukes

    lvl 99
    Sage: ultis
    Demon: faster channeling(GS)

    Demon doesnt change that much over time while sage changes with each step. Sure you get a few extra mag/str points but other than that its the same old skills.

    Mages isnt about DPS, its about DPH and sage gives you DPH. We are not BMs, we are wizards we deal a ton of damage. If you were to compare a level 100 sage mage and level 100 demon mage, the sage will outclass the demon but before 92 demon mage > sage mage.

    In conclusion,
    Demon is better if:
    you wont be leveling much past 92
    you want to be a BM

    Sage is better if:
    You plan to make it to endgame endgame
    you want to be a wiz

    Anyone who underestimates a sage mage ends up on the ground.
    Sins are Scissors. Psychics are Rocks.
    Archers, Venos, Barbs, Wizards, BMs, Mystics, Seekers are Paper.
    ...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
    Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
    So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze

    Demon wiz for overall open PK, sage wiz for overall TW.
    Demon has skills for controlling your opponent.
    Sage has better 59 skills and gets chi prety fast. AoE damage is important in TW.

    Basicly, all classes are meant for Damage Dealing and get even at a high level. Each excels at a unique Ability. But the true End game Damage Dealers are Wizards, Archers and Venomancers in PK, in the order of the damage they deal.

    Class Example

    1> Wizards -> A Cannon ( Hits the Hardest and can hit Multi Targets in an area but spell casting takes considerable time )

    3> Archer -> Machine Gunner ( Hits decent Damage and very fast attacks, suitable Vs Taking out single Targets faster )

    3> Venomancers -> Mobile Support Artillery ( Stay at a safe distance while your send your pets to attack opponents and nuke them, you can also Debuff, Break their defenses and cause a lot of status effects like increased wood damage, while the pet bleeds the opponent to death ). The Pet is half the Venomancers Damage so when the Pet dies, you would be in trouble =x

    While each of the above Classes have unique abilities and advantages and may seem more powerful at various levels, they all get balanced out end game (Lv 150). The current endgame is only LV 105 which is the reason you see pointless threads like "omg this class is powerful, this class is hax" lol.

    Blademasters, Clerics and Barbarians are good at dealing Damage too but not as good as the above 3 classes which specialise in damage dealing.

    In the 90's WR's/ WB's with +3 gear and the worst HH90 axes still manage do something. Try being a MG with +3 gear and the HH90 evasion sword. Or in fact EA with +3 set and one the **** cross's. Not really the same. Ofc i will not even touch WF's since most then don't need refines. All cash goes to P. Stones.

    I don't wanna follow that bad trend of the whole "sage wiz> demon wiz" but i just wanna say this much. So many sage wizards depend on stacking crit rather than channel. How do you REALLY HONESTLY cast all 3 ults when you have (for lack of better word) **** channeling? b:bye

    I don't wanna follow that bad trend of the whole "sage wiz> demon wiz" but i just wanna say this much. So many sage wizards depend on stacking crit rather than channel. How do you REALLY HONESTLY cast all 3 ults when you have (for lack of better word) **** channeling? b:bye

    GS - .4 secs off
    DP - .5 secs off

    Red ones are only used in sutra combo anyway... so =\

    It is really easy to get ults off.. we have a sleep skill, FoW, Blink.. and if somehow you fail and can't use those, there is always genie skills/apoth pots that can be used. You make it sound like your cultivation choice affects your gear and how much -channeling you can get..

    You're not answering my question. With all that chi and just about 90% of sage mages depending more on crit gears than channel gears, how are you supposed to cast all 3 ults? I never said demon side can. Don't post if you don't have the answer to the question..
