    I would say oh shucks for no hellhound offering, but $40 isn't what I'd call a deal anyways. I thought the rare mounts stair-stepped down in price over time. First Offering $50, then $40, then $30...oh well

    yes iknow you can buy mounts from player shops, but i want to know how they got it, so i can get it too next time.. help me understand please.. thanks
    You have to pay real money to charge zhen which gives you in game Gold, you then use that to buy the mounts from the in game Cash Shop which can be accessed by pressing alt+O. That's where the mounts came from, the Cash Shop provides various times, ways, and prices to get them though so some of them won't always be there.
    There's a spot on the top of this page that will take you to the Charge Zhen page if you intend to get one that way.
