It happened during this 199 patch, I always check the gear of the tank for an idea of how much to hold back in BH. Noticed the new ability name on his Calamities. This might be due to lunar fist having a status effect of berserker. And berserk does lend itself more to a duration buff than a 1 time strike. Would have to double check lunar forge to be sure though.
Fist are the worst at PvP AND PvE, if you disagree, as I said, take it to PM's or make your own guide. Go here if you want to debate about it. - Lyndura

Get a High lvl Fist warrior use it, Restat to axes. GG - complexx

    agreed

"localization" refers to moving and/or re-associating the program data so as to fix and/or simplify the usage. basically, it means they found a better way to arrange certain code, so they changed existing code :P
(GMs, correct me if i'm wrong lol)

There were two weapon procs, one called Berserk, and one called Berserker, and as they had entirely different effects we felt it was too confusing to have such similarly named abilities and changed one accordingly. The effect has not changed, only the name.

Actually, it refers to text, not code. Technically it really only refers to the initial translation, but we tend to extend the usage to any text changes.
