Pk drops?

1) Can someone give me a list of pk areas, such as arena, TW, and other places where you can and cannot drop your equips.
2) what is the arena? the one with the fat guy called teleport arena that opens at lvl 40.
3)What happens when your gear shatter?
4)Whats the difference between Pve and Pvp worlds?

You can't drop in TW and I believe the Cube of Fate. Everywhere else is fair game, assuming you don't have safety lock on.

Arena isn't implemented on this game at the moment.

You drop chi stones and have to repair your gear with more chi stones than you dropped. Until you repair it, it will be useless.

At level 30 in PvE servers, you have the opportunity to turn white if you choose to PK other players, but that leaves you open to the ability to be PKed as well. You must stay in whitename mode for a certain period of time as well. On a PvP server at level 30 you're required to be in whitename mode and are open to both PK and be PKed anywhere outside of safe zone all the time.
