I have the PWI installer in my downloads file, and it's taking up over 2Gb of space that I need to install something else. When I try to delete it, it comes up with the error message that it is being used by another person or program.
I have no versions or Perfect World open, so I don't see why this is.

Does anyone know how I can delete this?

    Try clearing your cache and drivers (C:// or E:// or what ever you are using), and moving it to a different folder, then remove it.

    Can't move the file as yet, as it just says it's being used.
    I don't think I should clear my cache atm, I'm downloading stuff. I'll try it later though. Thanks for the suggestion.

    So try later :) If you clean your temp files and your drivers - it sometimes "releases" the file.

    Try restarting your pc?

    Try using a program such as CCleaner to clean your cache(s), cookies, etc?

    Try going in and deleting the files manually?

    try using an unlocker program like Unlocker.
