tried both, I like robes more. and not fully socketed with pdef, I use hp stones and refine my pdef accessories for the defense I need.

early 6-7x pvp is hell, but those levels are fast if you stay pure. 8-9x+, we pretty much dominate if you spend a little bit of time and money on your gears. at 99 we're invincible 1v1(I assume you spent the last 98 levels learning how to play/gear yourself properly at this level *cough*).

i said im a lvl 71, not a rich lvl 71 b:surrender my items match my pocket. and i said i got 7% thogh many players in my lvl say they only got 4% (bm's, wizzies, and so on) and i still crit alot. and yes, i do 10k crit, 20k when the enemy is weak vs my element.

Maybe the TW you've been in are some kind of PK fest, everyone running around and killing whoever they can lay their hands on. In TW wizards have specific purposes, fail at that and u fail at everything.

And the last " Arcane- pve specialist. Light Armor- pvp specialist." quote just shows how little you know and understand from this game and your class.

ok, so I did it quick, refined things that will last for more than 10 lvl to +4 and 4 sockets, the rest only to 3. Whatever u have for more than 10 lvls will get you out of RB Gamma range

Now, how come at lvl 70 your dmg diff is only 500 points I have no idea, cause from what I see it's a minimum of 1.1k/hit in PvE, and at 7& crit you won't crit even near enough to compensate for a loss of 1k in damage every 2 seconds. Beside, since all the mobs are magic, arcane build has the luxury to stack some -channel belt and necklace in PvE mode, and that would just increase the gap even bigger.

True, LA has 600 more HP. But advantages are pretty much ending there. And let's not forget, at 77-80 the Arcane gets revamped ( 77 mold sleeves, 77 top or TT80 gold top, TT80 gold boots) and that will decrease the HP diference between builds quite dramatically and increase the dps an arcane is capable of.

Now where I see the benefits of going LA? RB Gamma. High HP, u can start it at 70 and fly to 85 in less than 2 weeks. For that , and that purpose only, I would say go LA, it's worth it. In RB the auras will pretty much cancel your lack of mdef, as it cancels Arcane lack of pdef, and the only diff that remains is HP. More HP less chances to get to 1k on double wave.

Right now my magic attk is 6.4k-7.3k unbuffed and 7k-8.1k buffed. I don't know how much attk a lvl 89 LA wiz has, but I'm quite sure it doesn't jumps over 5.5k at maximum. When I 3 spark I have 16k-17k magic dmg. I would love to see the numbers from a LA wizard.

aww ty ursa! i feel so loved. 7% crit is trash, i had that much when i was arcane. i will reveal my secret: 1% base + 107 dex(5%) + 2 2% rings(4%) + tome-1% crit and 20 dex(2%) + crit arrow(1%) + 13 dex when i use my glaive or the 1% when i use yaksa = 14% = pwnage in TW. I have 3.9k-5k mag atk with my glaive and thats only +3. my gear is +1-+2 and i use g6 citrines which gives me 3k HP. I have 3k pdef unbuffed with yaksa. My gear isnt as good as ursa but is comparable to hers and im better at pvp b:laugh b:kiss wuv u ursa

in a test server someone made an arrow with +95% crit rate. on any class that doesn't use a bow, crits were at normal rate. when a bow was equip, every hit was a crit.

p.s. what does sage have to do with accuracy, and demon gets an extra crit %.. im confused as to why u brought this up.. and while we're on it, a dex arcane build should be LA. You're gonna need to change something soon if u decide to pvp at all.

If I'm reading it right, he has 127 agi (base+tome), or 140 with tt80 glaive. That's just terrible.

lmao doubling crappy damage 14% of the time isn't going to kill anyone significant. Too bad I can't come oneshot you for being terrible. Your hp, damage and mdef are all horrible.

First, you need 3 wizards. One for fire, one for water, one for earth. Then you need a cleric for wind, and a veno for heart. Then by your powers combined, summon Captain Planet. He can do anything.

I dont really know what thread to put this, but I gotta ask, how the hell can you have so much coin to buy all those gear? You've posted few times what your gear looks like, yaksa+6 etc, where do you get the money from? Cant be all from cube, I hardly ever make profit from cube.

107 dex cause my gear has +dex. my damage isnt all that bad i do great in TW and everyone wants to squad with me. ya i went LA for RB so i was aiming for 3k ish hp but it works in pk and tw. Also, i have multiple gear. full atk i have -24% chan, 4k-5k ish mag atk. full def i have 4k hp and 3.5k pdef but i prefer balance cause something suffers

No I don't die a lot. Lifestream is a 8x cleric and its a BT crit when my BT was lvl 1. Impressive if you ask me. Also, Lifestream was wearing full TT80 gold with g7/g8 citrines.

judging by your server, I imagine he had unrefined pdef accessories? +1 or 2, even 3 is weak. don't see it as an impressive number.

I crit 15k~ easily on self buffed healers.

You are a 9x demon wiz with a +7-8 WoDF and probably a lvl 10 BT. Im a 8x wiz with a +3 WoL and at the time of the screenshot a lvl 1 BT. For what i have its good damage.

I got a lv 60 wiz. I started this game about 2 month ago rolling LA after reading pandora s guide. I rolled this game after getting tired of another game, tales of pirates, where I had a very high lvl char and had been playing for a very long time (we r talking years). And one thng I m sure of is that lvl 20, 30, 60 even lv 70 char dont know what they r talking about. If this game is anything like other similar ones u dont know nothing until late levels. U will have to re-valuate much things when u get a deeper understanding of the game system.

When it comes to LA vs Arcane, I will roll LA since I started it. When I get lv 90+ I ll revaluate it. Basicly If u r not 9X why bother. The important thing is to get there and if u do it s not because u rolled arcane or LA its because u stayed long enough and dedicated enough time to the game, not giving up on your class and re rolling with new char every week ending up with 5 chars of different classes around lv 60.

Once ur at lv 90 u ll have the knowledge and friends with enough experience, and a guild with experience to not have to look at posts from lv 30+ chars on the forum in order to know what to do.

14% crit and it doesnt tickle. I have done a sutra with every spell being a crit....i ended up tanking. Pure has more damage and LA wins everything else pre-90. Im not 9x but i have used just about every wiz build but HA. LA is my favorite atm. (ARMOR OF GRIEVING SORROW LOOKS SEXY!!!!!)
