Yes refining it is useless for you at lvl 62 when 8 lvls later you get new weapon. But at lvl 90+ when u get ur end game weapon and there is no other accesible weapon all u left to do is improve you current one by refining ... are u getting the point?

Uhm u have 2 skills to speed you up... nice! well clerics dont have, you know? oh and with those 2 skills of yours try to get from DWP to misfortune or 1k stream... fast for a trade ... oh sry u didnt make it in time ... i waited 15 min and some1 came faster ... oh sry its not my fault u have lvl 30 quest wings... you couldve payed like 10k to get faster ... are you getting the point?

Can you at least explain what refining your equipment does?

I'm getting the point about the speed and the cash shoppers but like I said not everyone is like that who spends money on this game.

Refine = additional HP to your armor (your armor becomes +1, +2, +3), also known as enchanting armor in other games. for weapons it adds p.atk or m.atk, on rings adds resists, on other ornaments evasion or p.def or resists. With all armors refined to +5 you gain like 250 extra HP/ armor = about 1.2 k HP on all armors (im talking about TT90 armors here).

Yes, it is a free game and u can play it really for free even at high lvl if you know how, you just need a bit of hard work and a bunch of friends that make the hard work seem fun.

I'm coming back to PWI myself, and I can give a few reasons to come back from my own experience. You don't need to use money to be good at this game, you can grind enough in-game coin easily if you know how. This game actually has a large amount of english speaking people. It has a large community, which is always a plus. There are some jerks, but eh, that's life. Deal.

I've been trying out other new and old games..and I always end up back at PWI. There just isn't any other free game, and very few P2P games that are actually decent with a decent community.

I just recently tried out a game that made it to english...and the amount of english speaking people was maybe 10%. So, obviously since I only speak English..I had to quit. PWI is a safety net. When all else fails..return to PWI.

I m a a Free user. I hv never used real money to buy gold though U will be forced to buy them from auction house LOL.

1. PWI is the best MMORPG
2. other games (F2P) sucks a lot
3. PVP server rules
4. Awesome Graphics
5. interesting games
6. better chatting system than any other game I hv played.
7. You can practicaly do al lthe things that a player using real money does but it takes time.
8. Come to Harshland and let GoodGame PK u every time u step pout of west arch (no offence GG)
9. Come to see WHAT GMs HAVE MADE THIS GAME WITH THE ANNIVERSARY PACK update.
10. You might leave once u see players who don't know to handle their character are wearing GODLY armors and Using GODLY weapons thanks to the Anniversary Packs

I really dont see what everyone complains about. And the whole free to play pay to win thing is kinda bs as well. Getting Items from the boutique doesnt yeild a HUGE advantage, it only gives you an overpriced pet, so you can "go it alone" or charms, so you can "go it alone," Or Zhen. I dont understand why everyones complaining about this because, if you're that upset about everything, then just quit. The Economy wasnt screwed up by PWI Devs, it was screwed by PWI Players, and only PWI Players can fix it. That and how people complain about how you cant get past "X level without X cash shop item" is **** also. I play a level 86 blademaster, and I'll admit that I have used cash items, however, I dont need it. I can balance myself between my genie skills, my own personal skills, and in game items, to prevent the use of charms, and that includes in Rebirth. Rarely do I go into RB with charms, and if I do rebirth with a charm, moreso rarely, do I ever see one "tick."

I play one of every class, and notably there are enormous differences in their ability to avoid charms and what not, most notable being the veno as it can heal mp and hp rapidly. But, If your that upset about your character not getting what you need, because most people rant about not getting a specific ground mount, not getting the clothes they want, not getting the NEWEST HOTTEST THiNG! You all are just fooling yourself, into thinking those things are NEEDED items in the game. I find that Im more cautious wearing charms than without them, and as hitting a high mark, I find that running certain areas, or running in squads grinding, not Zhenning, is much more lucrative, and alot more enjoyable then going it alone. But everyone's on the quest to become TOP DOG, and ultimately, breaking your own budget.

In closing, I wont say that I've never used the boutique, but I will say, that its not needed for me to level up and keep enjoying the game, I've made quite a lump sum of coin on researching my prey before I haphazardly go and kill it, Enough to ensure that I dont need to frequent Target, or paypal to afford what everyone believes I need to survive. So whine and mope and moan about how you need certain things to keep going, but you'll find out at one point, all you need to play the game, computer, an internet connection, and some friends who are like-minded. If your smart, you'll play smart.

uh? A. pw IS free paying for items in the boutique with cash is a CHOICE not a law.

and B. just bcuz you dont enjoy pw doesnt mean the OP wont like it better now.
