Point of FF instance is to lose 500k?

Ok, so me and a few friends thought it would be a great idea to do FF on this 2x exp weekend to finnaly clear those pesky lv 75 quests, make some money off FF drops and get a hefty exp bonus while at it. Lets just say it wasnt exactly what we expected...

First of all, i was under the impression the new 'squad mode' was a little easier than what it used to be. Well, apparentely blessing doesnt work in there. First bosses are tricky for first-timers, but passable. Then. when you reach dreadcintila (or whatever he's called) you'll find out what a tough challenge is. If you think you're gonna pull it off without the use of charms/apo pots/genie with lv 80~88 DDs in your squad, guess again.
Second, there are absolutely no drops. For our amazement, all we got was 1M coin chests and/or 100 chi stones. Another game feature you offend the players with the gold hammer wasting chests.
PWI, have you completely gone mental? Is your intention to deeply offend the entire gaming comunity? If so, you're doing a wonderful job at it. You have made this entire dungeon utterly useless. For what?

The exp you get is a joke compared to rebirth, cube or even grinding, and we're talking about 2x exp from mobs. The rewards are worthless. The gold market you're directly influencing makes the 1M chest coins become a 500k+ loss. Do you understand what this is? Stupidity. The drops? WHAT DROPS? Wish you told the players you had completely removed frost gear from the game (aside from selling complete gear for money to cash shoppers). Having all those forges and whatnot consists on false advertisement. A player comes here and sees all these features 'TT, FF, Lunar, 7sages' and expect a whole variety of gear you can make, then later you realize the game is far from being complete. It doesnt have half the features it 'appears' to have.

I really hope you 'revamp' this dungeon properly, cuz its now even more bogus than before. Whats sad is that the FF dungeon is by far the most interesting. The bosses are challenging and actually make you move your char, as opposed to leaving your char afk shooting 5 mins till boss dies (like its done in TT and basically every quest boss in game). It just doesnt have a purpose. You kill bosses for absolutely nothing. Oh wait, not true. You do win something. You get a chest where you spend over 1.5M to win 1M. Such an awesome reward...

Do you even have game testers? Would be great if you could see what the patch you guys receive does before updating the PW client. Given the last few patches and mass insatisfaction, it doesnt seem like you take much interest on the game content. Please listen to the players more. I see more ppl getting stressed complaining about this and that than actually having fun. This is a game you know.

Its in refference to the only reward it gives: 1m coin chest. The real difinition of these chests arent 'rewards', but 'poor jokes' made by the developers.

Learn to read. If i stated i got the reward, what does it mean? That i cant complete it successfully? Think again.

Did you even read the whole thing? Nothing worse than someone giving an irrelevant opinion when considering the big picture. Im glad you made your little 5%, but theres more to the topic than that.

-Issue 1: There are better ways to gain exp (and sorry, but not everyone can walk away with a cheap repair bill).
-Issue 2: Practically nothing drops anymore.

Frost is still a challenge, and it might be fun, but unless all you're looking at is your exp bar, it's unrewarding as hell. No, I take that back: at least in "hell" you get drops.

I went to FF, I admit it was very fun but it took too long and I got two chests after all said and done.

Each chest has a value of 1m. but you nedd a perfect hammer to open each chest. So, I need two hammers.

the hammers are more expensive than the chests. So, there is no point in trying to get the reward from the chests.

I'm not returning to FF.

I miss the good old days of pwi before the noobs. Ways to grind for 8x... party grind at fish or undines with miji, OR do rebirth. The exp you get there is more than doing TT quests, FF quests, w/e.

clerics can solo aoe wood mobs, wrs and barbs can go aoe grind.. and the dds go to fish or undines....

Actually its stats are 10-15% better than TT90 gear. And in some cases the buffs are significantly better than anything else in the 80+ categories.

YEAH Im with you on this , What kind of BS reward is a chest of coins that gives you 1mil when you open it by paying 1.5mil .. pretty pretty ****.. Let's see.... TT 90 green> FF85 green.
Good luck on getting TT85 gold. By the time you get it, a lvl 80 player will be about lvl 95 already and can cash shop a lunar weapon from event.

P.S Only a select few FF85 gold weapons are better than HH ones. And when I meant gear, I meant armor. The only time FF is worth farming is to get the ff 85 weapon for cv... which really only applies to archers.

If you paid any attention to the announcement of the Frost revamp awhile back it stated specifically the FF was meant to be a leveling place for levels 85-95, so they fixed it as such. Did they have to lower the drop rate lower than it already was? No, but they did, so live with it or leave.

Fact is, there's decent exp to be had from Frost.
Opinion is, unless that's the only reward you're looking for (and easily found elsewhere, either from RB, grinding, or whatever), the run is UNREWARDING and more of an expense than it's worth.

Lets look at it this way. If everyone was like you, accepted what they were given, never complained, put down complainers, then we'd have a dull grindfest with absolutely zero content. You couldn't just leave for a better game cause every game would do same. Players are content with the bare minimum, then why put in more effort?

If you aren't content with something, then you say so and complain/discuss until someone takes notice. Sorry, but I'm one of those strange greedy people who'd actually like to grind and have decent, fun, worthwhile ingame content.

It's not a matter of blind acceptance: there are a lot of things that bother me about this game, and I feel they should be dealt with accordingly. However, complaining about getting decent xp from an instance... why would you even do that? You're the one doing it. Get over it and grind or find something else to do. Grind, do quests, dailies, go outside and meet a girl.

Complaining about a bunch of 1s and 0s is a waste of your time, and mine.

My point? Shut the hell up and deal with it.

In addition, if games were a "dull, boring grindfest" I wouldn't be playing them. I play PWI because it's damn good for a f2p, and it's held my attention. If it didn't I'm going somewhere else.
