    i usually do that, unless its in huge group pvp.. in group pvp im in human most of the time waiting to get an armageddon off at the right time

    Well sage barbs are the best for catapullers cuz of the increased HP but like every1 says, demon best for pvp nd sage best for pve... But even though I pvp alot, I will choose sage (one more lvl to gob:victory) cuz of the easy spark skill since I fight using perdition alot nd cuz I think sage skills are better for barbs then demon skills.b:bye

    So let's say from stomp of beast king, you'd rather have a 25% to gain 20 chi rather than never miss although 3 second cool down added? Or Axe and hammer mastery to 100% gain than 2% crit? Or sunder to recover 6666 HP than have 100% crit for 5 seconds? Or beastial onslaught never missing and -0.7 channel than 35% increased crit for 6 seconds?

    Trying to figure out as to why you think it's better.

    i realized that sage has higher BASE physical damage, what with the axe/hammer mastery and the higher SoT bonus, compared to a demon barb's lower damage with an occasional zerk, crit, or even crit-zerk. BUT...

    a demon barb can kill charmed opponents easier than a sage can after you tick their charm, especially with triple spark, zerking, and critting.

    I don't believe demon barbs are better for PVP and sage barbs are better for PVE, its all playstyle.


    Sage survives better, more better in AOE squads than demon barbs / normal barbs do though. Sage is better for massive AOE tanking. Also in TW Sage barbs can be tankers for the battles.

    Demon kills faster, and solo faster than sage barbs, and in PKing and duels (duels are PVP too lol), demon is a better choice


    Sage's strengths = easier AOE / boss tanks, best for TW as main tank
    Demon's strengths = faster kills, best for PK

    Sage is suited for steady
    Demon is suited for speed


    None is PVP / PVE based

    Demon barbs can survive just as good as sage barbs. It all depends for the demon barb on how much they refine their ****, etc.

    Yes, Demon barbs can survive just as well from higher damage, and sage can take more damage. Both can refine right?

    My barb is LVL40 and it might go to a stop coz I would be moving and re-roll in another version... Also LVL doesn't matter :), common sense does.

    PVE and PVP are needed in both offense and defense right? You can't have one or the other, balanced out that both are used for both. Don't forget TW is also PVP and do some sage barbs war? I know they do. before LVL 80, Humanoid form is offense, and tiger form is defense. What do you tank with? Tiger form. What do you deal damage with? Humanoid form.

    Would you just grind in Tiger form in PVE? Or just PVP in human form alone? (tiger form used for PVP too coz of devour)

    You can do both on PVP and PVE.

    But hey, I'm just a carebear wanting to go sage and have the most defense and HP as I can b:chuckle

    I think if u like crits go demon---> if u have zerk axes ...go demon and ur opponent will pray to god they never meet u...b:surrender

    If u like higher steady dmg and being indestructible go sage---> refine + hp item and ur opponent will b saying: WTFb:shocked i like ur hp

    all in all... when it comes to end game... BARBS FTWb:victory
