    The service isn't bad. I personally have never had any problems with it that has directly affected me (although I was pretty pissed when they banned me from world chat).

    I've heard horror stories about the service and from my experience I found that the reporting a player in-game option is a bit slow; I've never personally tried the "submit a ticket" system but I've heard it takes days sometimes.

    I've mostly found GMs and Mods to be friendly, helpful, and correct with their suggestions and their advice. Although service is slow (especially compared to other MMORPGs that I won't mention here) the responses are accurate and pleasant and often times they answer to the problem.
