    You have to read that in the context of that post. The Original post, to which the GM reply, was about why did the number of chips for the molds changed. Lots of the lower level molds requirement of chips went up ALOT, from 8 chips to 37... from 12 to 37 etc.

    The GM reply not to worry too much, since there were other ways to get chips, like the rewards from bounty hunter, where the highest tier reward were chips.

    High tier is not the same as high levels...... Usualy high tier is used when talking about different items and their quality or difficulty, not usualy level related.
    High levels... it is pretty self-explanatory

    I am going to share a secret with you guys. There is a new way to get chips (not from cube)... although its not well known to the majority of the player base. And certain number of people have been taking advantage of it for a while now.

    Would've been better if it were spread out amongst all levels, but with a smaller amout of chips as a possible reward.
    I was actually hoping to amass enough chips for the four gold tt99 mats I'll need for my lunar wand BEFORE I hit 100, as shinra and the rank wep are out of the picture lol.

    But oh well, I guess the lvl100s deserve a new toy to play with. Rest of us will get there eventually b:victory

    All in all, I applaud the bounty hunter. The xp reward is great, and its completely optional whether you want to do it or not, the option to is there and that's always a good thing in my book.

    or you can stop qqing and figure out how a handful of people have been getting 20+ non-cube chips per certain quest.

    Say whatever you want, but there is a guild in ht thats been doing a quest that can give up to 20+ chips.

    There are also players from a guild in HT that have been suspended by figuring out how to access a portion of the game that was not supposed to be accessible yet....

    this is much like the rebirth sitution. when a small group of players figure out it can be done. they don't go out and blab it out, cause it lower the prices of frags. same thing.

    From reading IceJazmins post, are you saying that our option is to find out and do these means to obtain chips, that are suspendable?

    if thats how you want to think it. but i know its legit, and the gm knows its legit (considering they already know about it). its just you guys what don't know about it.

    EDIT: anyone 50+ can eaily get 20+ chips per time. and doesn't it just **** you off that you don't know about. anyways with all the qq going on. i'll post a guide on how to do it later today or tomorrow.

    It has never been about the chips dude, it has been about the cost of the molds....

    You are talking about a weekly event at a set time, versus a daily.

    Now to figure out a way to be able to be on at the time it starts has been a challange...

    i don't know how you'll do in the event, but there is no reason that one can't get 100 orbs per run. if your instance wins the orb contest, thats easily 30 chips. so 2 weeks, you can pretty much get any of the low level molds you want. i am actually [removed] pissed that they lower the chip cost for some much sought after 8x molds.
