    Congrats to all the winners and cheers to all of you who put in all the hard work to help make the wiki pages informative and useful. I can't wait to see it finished, Spoons.

    Aw, not sure whether it's been posted already or it is the wrong section, but the picture on the Events page links to the GM greet and meet event (4951) instead of the Wiki event (5952) (:

    nice to have a wiki and grats for the hard work on it
    race page is very good, others are quite short (crono)

    on the veno page was stated heavy build was good for fox form, but fox skills also require magic weapons and with the suggested build you can't wear them. So you're strong, but can't use skills :-/

    Well, the guides are user-contributed and vary in quality.

    But, now that the contest is over, we can edit them and make them all lovely!

    So if you see something you disgaree with - fix it!

    There's 4 pages you can go to from the Chrono page, so I don't consider that short. b:surrender


    and who said you can't wear magic weapons as heavy? I'm heavy and wear lv100 magic weapons. I also don't use fox form much though b:chuckle

    They usually mail it to you during/right after maintenance....we may have to wait till next maintenance unless they send today or sometime this week.

    (I have not been in game since server shut-down)

    I feel extremly lucky to win this contest. And the mount kinda looks good together with my fishy gear, lol.
    But the staff will probably release the fish in two weeks in the boutique, so it won't be something too special.

    Congratulations to all the winners of the fish mount, it was well deserved! ^^ I especially enjoyed looking through the general guide winners, some extremely well thought out and detailed work there! Great job to everyone though! =D

    I just want to say to everyone, all the guides were great, there just weren't enough prizes to give to everyone.

    The folks who took their time to make solid contributions, you know who you are, are doing their community a service. I know the name of every person who contributed, because I've been watching the logs like a hawk.

    I plan to put as much work as you folks did in the coming weeks to organize all of the new content so it's easier for everyone to access.

    That being said, if anyone has experience in making Wiki pages searchable by more than the page name please hit me up and let me know how I should approach it

    Ty so much Spoons! The fish is absolutely adorable. This was a really cool contest, I hope we get more of these community building type contests in the future.

    Grats to all the winners and just in general to every contributor to the wiki. Everyone who participated helped make a valuable resource for old and new players alike.

    I am definitely trying to have more events related to the wiki, as I know that not all of us may be artistically inclined. There's no use in letting our users who prefer to express their creativity through text go to waste!

    It goes so fast!


    But, and I don't mean to complain... But it goes "Clip clop clip clop" as it swoops.

    My only assumption is that its levitation is powered by a very small horse on a treadmill, somewhere inside.

    It's also water soluble. I know mounts don't work in the water. It's just very VERY odd for a fish :)

    It's all user contributed. The quality varies.

    I can't comment on the Archer guide, having not played an Archer.

    The wizard guide is very well presented, and looks like it's telling the truth.

    The venomancer guides are mostly good.


    If you disagree with the contents though, go edit them! :)

    And, I'm presuming (since the contest is now over), we can go ahead and copy-paste the forum stickies?

    I'm a 90+ archer and I wouldn't have reached it if I followed that guide >_>

    I'm not questioning the content itself; I'm questioning the GM's choice of guides.

    We've not had anything from Spoons saying which guides caused the winners - some of the prizes were given out for just contributing at all.

    There's not been any selection process for the guides - you write a guide, you add a link to it from that classes page, you're done.

    So it's not like that's the "GM Vetted" Archer guide. And it does seem a bit unfair to pick on that page.

    There's plenty of pages which are just two lines of text as a stub.

    y does everyone say to not max out take aim?

    it does 300% weapon dmg when its maxxed out, and its charge rate drops with higher levels, maxxed out it only takes 0.2 seconds longer to charge then take aim.

    EDIT: sage or demon version has same charge time as deadly shot or lower sage= same charge time but 500% wep dmg, demon being 2.5 sec charge

    plus on my main, deadly shot is lvl 4, take aim lvl 10, and take aim still does more dmg, and needs less then half the mana deadly shot needs.

    then in terms of heavy DDing on a boss, take aim is better, less mana, and faster cool down rate then deadly shot.

    and also take aim doesn't need to be charged fully, u can stop its charge by clikcing it or hitting the hot key before it finishes, and it will release early and do % of full dmg= % of charge.

    it is a much more useful skill then its given credit for...
