It would be a nice idea bro but....it takes more then super high lvled ppl in one fac. Steel was hug failure because simply we couldn't work togther at all. In it's glory days we had ppl like DarkRings (as far as I know in leg), Hated & his wife Lel a very good Barb and BM duo and all of NWO best. We could at push over factions like "Rebirth" and Outlaws but when it came to factions like Nef and Leg we could compete with them but in the end we always failed. Emience is becoming a very good TW fac and in time I can see them beating Leg and they're a nice group of ppl.

And to be fair, say you get 2 pple in a normally lit room wearing identical dusty shirts. If the spotlight shines on one guy, that dont mean hes any dirtier than the one without the spotlight. It just means his dirt is more noticeable. Same with LG, nef, or hell any other fac out there. Their on the same ground, just one has the spotlight on them atm.

There is barely any people to random kill in orchid, so don't say he got all his kills from low levels...
He isnt someone like BigP with +11 weap. He has regular gear, a rather low refined weapon, but he kicks ****. Wiz is the hardest class to PK with IMO and he plays it as killer as a nix veno...

If you want a faction off the map. Make a guild and do it yourself. My current faction, Equinox, was a merge of 3 smaller factions that had little or no chance at TW. Now look at us. Taking out ganks like they are nothing and one of those 2 colors on the map b:cute

To be honest? I would definately be whining about TW resets, if Regicide owned quite a few territories, and if the map went stale. Mainly because, Id be so bored not seeking any challenge in TW. Why do you think Im with Regicide in the first place? Because I enjoy a good challenge, if I wanted the easy way out, I'd would have joined Nef or Leg by now. I prefer the stubborn ****, in your face sort of business that Regicide has. And I most definately see the frustration that others have, regarding the map itself.

Knowing my own faction mates, I gotta say, I can speak for them when I say they would agree for the most part on my own views about said above topic.

Perhaps you should get to know Regicide more in detail b:cute

Ok everyone seems to be forgetting that once over both Legendary and Nefarious were once over small guilds. People worked hard and the end result is that now they can carve up the map.

Just cos the original people left doesn't negate the achievement. As for all the higher levels making a new guild that could work or it could just mean that we have the same scenario where everyone joins this new guild and the map is one colour instead of 2 (anyone who has played on the brig server of PW MS knows EXACTLY what I mean).

Just cos 2 guild dominate the map doesn't mean this wont change. Alot of people at higher levels may get bored and quit, its happened before it may again.

Dreaming have taken 1 part of the map. Regicide should have taken one recently but were rather unlucky. I imagine that at some point NWO, Validus, MPire D'Gamers and Outlaw will all retake parts of the map.

As for higher level's doing TW. It shouldn't be seen as automatic, its more of a personal choice. Personally I don't really like PvP or TW hence why I play on a PvE server.

At the end of the day nothing is set in stone, and I can forseen a time in future when we are having this discussion about another two guilds.

I`ll sign off by saying Legendary and Nefarious congratulations on your achievements to date, enjoy this time while you can. Nothing lasts forever.

The more I read this, the more I agree with resetting the map in Sanctuary. I'm not a Sanctuary player anymore, but I used to be when the map was still full of color. I left for a while to join up in Harshlands and came back for a day to say hi to friends, saw the map, and felt sick to my stomach. Sure Nef and Legendary worked hard, but I'm pretty sure the game was meant to be fun. Nobody is going to have fun when Nefarious and Legendary are basically ****(pardon my use of the term) the TW and yet laughing in the faces of their opponents when they work just as hard only to lose. I only read through half the forum so I may have missed some argument, but I really don't think they need all that territory. Let some lesser factions enjoy the benefits of the game.

And if Nef and Legendary wanna gripe about their hard work, then see this as a test. If one setback in a video game is enough to discourage them from trying further, well then all the better for the lesser guilds who actually want a chance at enjoying the gameplay. b:scorn

Then again...who are the players of Harshlands to talk about fair map spread. The factions of Crimson and Kingdom in our server dominate over half the map combined. Then again, we still have our variety because those of us who understand the benefits of being in a PvP server simply settle our differences right there out on the field instead of waiting for TW, so our more powerful factions aren't as thick skulled and egotistical. But that makes no addition to the argument because Sanctuary is a PvE server I guess what I'm saying is....I'm actually not sure what I'm saying... o xo;

What would happen if celebritys didnt have inner scandals in the news? The world would be a boring place.
Same with TW, its amusing watching inner turmoil and you gotta admit pple get a kick of excitment watchin a downfall of a big fac, whenever it may be.

They suck at TW, they do nothing but pk lowbis and eachother, and they never even give their opponent a fair fight Dx

On the other hand, Crimson and Kingdom are massively respectful guilds. However, I've seen how Nef and Legendary can get...and quite frankly...it isn't pretty.

I guess I can't understand how the lowers of Sanctuary feel anymore because Harshlanders want a certain guild to fall for a whole other reason.

What's worse is I'm on QQme's side when it comes to most people complaining because they're complaining about being pk'd in general rather than the unfair fight they got. I've been 4v1'd by that guild about 5 times, and decided I didn't want to deal with the BS anymore so I made a new character. But really, if you guys get anyone new to the server saying they're from harshlands, it's because they got told to go away for complaining about PvPing in a PvP server xD

I got soooo far off topic there. Also, if Nef and LD are still standing strong after all this time, something tells me it's gonna be a loooooong time before they crumble.

Think of all the funny drama that will happen if they suddenly lose all their territory?b:cute

The moment map resets, the big two in Sanctuary will crumble. Leg might possibly survive(a very small chance, in my opinion), but Nef will be gone in a puff of smoke. Let's face it, people join the big two in Sanctuary for the pay, not the challenge of TW.

Btw, since losing multiple lands to Leg, one to Dreaming, a far weaker guild, and having its leader banned, Nef have been unable to attack and is on the way down. It's a matter of time. Hopefully the downfall will pick up pace as all the mercenaries realize what's going on and scatter like rats fleeing from a sinking ship.b:chuckle

Another reason to be in those guilds: access to high level content.

The high end PVE of the game is dominated by high level squad content. Lunar Glade, Frost, Rebirth Delta, TT99, FB99 runs: good luck getting those if you're the only one in your guild 90+.

I am prreeeeetty sure that TW isn't supposed to be restricted to only high lvls. And nobody ever singled out the high lvl areas. The problem here is they have the WHOLE map save for a few little splotches of different colors. And I thought we were talking about TW territories, not the whole shebang of high lvl fun.

Goose said people are in those guilds only for the money. I addressed that by pointed out it gets you access to high level content.
