    You're right, only wizards arent meant to solo barbs in TW. If a heiro'd barb was just sitting there you wouldn't be able to kill him because the charm would keep ticking. In TW, you have your whole guild to kill catapullers. You're not the only one, you know.

    im with forp on this one. wizard vs barb is a heiro **** until the wizard sparks or sutra. I generally work alone when taking out barbs. But i got a squad for catapults b:cool
    Sins are Scissors. Psychics are Rocks.
    Archers, Venos, Barbs, Wizards, BMs, Mystics, Seekers are Paper.
    ...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
    Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
    So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze

    You're not the only one that can spark. And given how squishy mages are...

    1. Max Dragon
    2. Get barb to 51-60% HP
    3. Undine
    4. Amp
    5. Use Dragon


    You'd be surprised how often that works. 5k Dragons bypass a lot of 8x barb hiero's if they're in human form.
    Wondering how much longer these **** packs are going to be around.

    Not if they have buffs.
    Kite like no other, then triple spark. They turtle, it's fine. You can build 3x sparks a hell of a lot faster than they can build 2, especially when you're sage.

    Can't expect to down a wb in 2 seconds though

    Best way to kill a barb within 6 seconds for 89+ mage

    Get 399 chi

    First pop a anti stun pot if you have one, undine and poison. Put up a sutra cast some skills, i usually use divine pyro and sandstorm and your last move should be black ice dragon strike (which has no channel thanks to sutra). This equals one dead barb who just took a crapload of damage.

    Killed lots of 8x barbs like this before they knew what hit them. Might not work on 9x barbs since those usually spend lots of money on refines with hh90 and have craploads of hp.



    btw its better if you tick the barbs charm before you sutra.
