    As you said, there is enough problems IRL to bring some more here :), at least not in the guild. If i want drama, I call name in WC or go pk in sp :)

    My venomancer recently tried to apply to you guys, only to find every single one of your officers, leader, marshals and exe's were offline.

    I mean, you guys sound great from the description but you're kinda hard to get hold of. Which brings me to ask.... how active are you guys? Like how many online average? You say members can get help anytime without being ignored but you'd need to be pretty active for that.

    Just some questions anyways, thanks.

    Thanks for applying... I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to reach any officer during your attempts to join us. Perhaps it was just bad timing when you tried to apply. But If you are still interested in joining us, Dark, perhaps you could PM/in game mail me. and we can take it from there.

    As for your questions, because we're a casually styled guild, we do not stipulate that our members has to fulfill a fixed quota of play time, but we do insist on a regular amount of playing time, as a minimum.

    @Dark - It probably was just bad timing, when some was sleeping, working, at school or just trying to get some real life. Average of being online? Usually 10-25+ people, depending on time. The lowest number of active ppl is 9pm-2am server time, if I am not wrong. It is because we are international guild and quite a lot of our members are from Europe and Asia. Many are still sleeping or are at work/school at that time. Turns out some have real life outside pwi too :O

    But basicly we have a lot of rather high level players (70+) who are willing to help you. Of course, they might ask you to wait a bit too if they are busy at that moment (instance, eso, boss, timed quest...)

    Just remember: If you want something done, don't wait for someone else to start it. You gotta build your own momentum. In Tena, we tend to get things done. =3

    Tenacious is still recruiting! Just the procedure changed slightly.
    To prevent you missing officiers and officiers missing you, you need to answer on 10 questions. Most of those questions got asked at interview with officers already.

    Also, requirement for level was rised from 30+ to 50+. Why? For possible and current member own good. Most of Tena members are 60+ or close to level 60. So it might be hard for players under lvl50 make squad from their own levels for bhs or questing together.

    I wonder if Tena is slowly becoming as one of bigest pve guilds on sanctuary? o.O
