    Let me clarify what we meant by "suspension". Accounts that were flagged for exploiting have been suspended so that they can be fully investigated. Appropriate punishment will follow.

    There will not be a rollback. We realize that some of you may not be happy with that course of action but based on the logs and information on our side, this is the most appropriate resolution.

    You can be assured that PWE has learned from this experience and we will not allow a situation like this transpire ever again.
