Endgame money-making?

Problem with light and heavy is you give up some vit and mag for str and dex. The more magic attack you have, the more efficient your pet heal. Light and heavy compared to an arcane veno with the same level heals, arcane would have the best.

Also I gave up on trying to catch rare pets long ago, too many particular farmers who always manage to catch it. All class pets in the way of regular mobs..well huggy hares dont sell to well. (Ugly :x)
Butterflies and Elysium fowls sell the best as they're used in TW.

I've taken that build advice into account, although I'm setting out knowing full well that she'll be sort of a glass cannon. :P If she never accomplishes much for me, oh well... again I won't lose any sleep over it.

Well, I don't have anything related to how good gear "sucks." Are you disappointed? :P

It could be because, y'know, I never said good gear "sucked." I just said I wasn't going to bend over backwards and kill my own enjoyment of this game in order to get some. Way to misread my entire post.

You have your uses for money, I have mine. Only difference between us is that I couldn't care less what you use your money for. You, on the other hand... apparently the fact that I'd rather buy a super cage than a "proper" weapon sends you into fits.

Yes, this game has "good" gear. And then it has "better" gear, and the "best" gear, and gear that even people with no lives will never be able to get. And for what - watching your damage numbers go up a bit higher? Congrats. It's honestly precious that some people devote so much time, energy and in some cases real money to the pursuit of being the "best."

Me, I've played enough MMOs to have gotten tired of this whole pursuit of being the "best" a long time ago. It's a game, and a few years from now it'll be gone and so will your characters. May as well have fun with them while they last. Hence the difference between you and me - you rant on how I have fun, I couldn't care less about how you have fun.

But what the hell do I know. Go ahead and write up some wall of text on how I'm wasting my life unless I devote everything to getting the "perfect" items. I've gone from amused to tired, so I'll be in bed, not caring. Goodnight.

You don't need to join a faction to receive your income in this game.
When it comes to joining factions, I am also factionless and happy with it. (and no I'm not a hermit or anything I play with offline friends) There is, of course grinding, catshops, dungeons and quests that can create some fair income. I'm a cleric, and personally I have already accepted the fact that we are the poorest class because we have to spend so much on charms and whatnot -.-;. Archers can still receive some drops or course from grinding and such, it doesn't mean that they get nothing, though archers have been given the fairly bad rep in the first place.

Honestly I don't really see a point in looking at what is considered a "good armor" or "good weapon". I just play the game for fun, and though I do admit I put power into consideration, I try not to be overly obsessed of getting the best. I love to play this game casually with my offline friends, and though I enjoy seeing my stats go up in each level, I try not to put my heart and soul into the game. There is no right/wrong way to play.

I love to TT for coins and We always try to make certain that everyone gets a fair share. How you should do it, is be the person that provides the Substances. That means you get first pick of mats because MOST people consider it "your run" for whatever mats you need/want.

Other ways for an Archer to make money is to Grind, or join a TW guild. o.o! I don't play an archer and I've never had money problems.
