    I am talking about a different norm, the norm that when people ask for a cleric they are asking a cleric with support build. She is insisting that they have to check the build of every single cleric before they accept her.
    This post contradict posts in "FAC disscussion thread" and "level 80 FAC" thread, and I have to point this out because in different thread she stand at a different position, make it impossible to understand her argument for a reasonable discussion. However, my reply post above still only mention what she said in her post in this thread alone.
    Anybody will get offended by stereotype directed at themselves by a joke. Yet you should understand that it is a joke and so critical thinking is not meant to be used. You never see the president come out and shout at late night comedian for every single political joke they make. Same apply here.
    Whether I respect to the poster is what you inferred from between the line, and here you are just wrong.
    In case you don't know, she have been outspoken as the side of FAC build. She even use her FAC build in her argument. And with this kind of argument, coming from someone who is predominantly spoken for FAC, will surely mislead people into judging that "All FAC are that bad" - surely that is wrong, but that is what she is making people into thinking.

    Where would you be if no one made the choice to be a cleric? Well, I suppose you'd be fine because you can solo just about everything. I suppose you'd have to wait about 10 or so levels to do your FBs and cultivation bosses, unless you fork out 25m or $240 for a herc. But this would hardly be a "Perfect World" if all we had were venos. Nothing against venos, but the other classes do need cleric help once in a while. "Nobody forced you to be a cleric" is basically the online equivalent of telling a nurse that her job is indeed thankless and that she should have become a Interior Decorator instead.

    In my experience, with the exception of about 15% of really pro venos I've met, most of them do need saving. Veno is an easy class to suck at, a tricky class to be halfway decent at, and a difficult class to be a pro at.

    If you've only heard bashing of venos on 2 occasions, you must not have been playing this game for very long. If hateful speech bothers you that much, the internet is not a good way for you to spend your free time.

    As for ksing, most people ks venos because they've been accidentally ksed by venos in the past, due to it taking twice as long for venos to cancel their attacks (hitting esc to cancel their magic attack and calling off their pet.) Most people just think that venos ks all the time on purpose. It's just a the way the game is made. And has it ever occurred to you that they really didn't see you. Lots of people can only play the game with "best performance" on, due to lag. They really wouldn't see you if you were out of range. And if they were lagging, this would make the time it takes to cancel an attack even longer.

    Oddly enough, when I'm on my veno, I get ksed the most by clerics who I suspect are just trying to **** me off enough to get myself killed so they can have the pleasure of denying me a res.

    Heh. I love it when the Barb tanks. Time for some Veno debuffing. b:victory I've even got a pet for that.

    My sister (also a cleric) enjoys terrifying tanks by putting on her favorite level 1 axes and saying "I'm an axe cleric! I can tank!" and then running into mobs.

    Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.

    Ironheart? That's useless, so I didn't bother lvling it.

    High lvl player saying: You can make your own equipment? (I guess this goes for everyone, but I don't want to hear about clerics using NPC equips, do you?)

    Why do I need a weapon? My mag stat is good enough.

    Sorry, I can't come rez you right now. I'm bidding for something in the AH, and don't want to risk getting outbid.

    Why do you want me to buff you? Aren't your buffs good enough? (talking to anyone other than another cleric)

    Not sure if you still want this answered or not, but FAC is Full Attack Cleric. A cleric that puts all points that aren't needed for equipment into mag, and levels only atk, buffs, and debuffs skills, and leaves the healing skills untouched. The point being to give the maximum amount of damage possible.
