    hey my client won't download the patch....... it ALWAYS does this on every update.... i usually have to wait a few hours to load the client for it to go through....its not my connection and i know for a fact... whats going on? o_O

    alot of people have this issue as well.

    Erm... the event is over and I understand that it does not matter anymore... however, I cannot believe that a GM suggested that a player entrust their things to another player!     On another game that I played this was a major issue because players wanted to transfer mounts between accounts and the only way to do so was to have two characters or trade with someone else. Many people got scammed out of their mounts because they believed that people were honest enough to be trusted with a mount (worth about 20 mil in that game).

    I'm not trying by any means to be rude or disrespectful... but perhaps this was not the best suggestion.

    Unless you want them to call you at home to let you know, the home page of the website does show the status of the servers so i would check there first.
