You will have to create a new character on the other server. But if you would like to do that, here is how you would do that:

1.) Launch Game like normal
2.) You then get the message like normal from the GMs, click next
3.) On the log in screen, you will see above your username the name of your sever, and a button next to that which says "Switch" - Click that
4.) Pick the server you would like to change to.
5.) Log in like normal and then create your new character.

Try re downloading the whole thing or try the manual patch, if you're still having problems submit a ticket I guess
