I miss the days when Karmelia used to post of how RageQuit was poisoning the mind of players in Perfect World. She was actually fun to debate with even though I didn't understand her logic.

Ok originally I was kinda sympathizing with the PvP players but now that I've seen them flaming far more then what this flame-bait thread deserves (which in fact it should've just been answered formally and maturely and then perhaps locked) I'm going to have to say you're both as bad as each other.

It's a friggin' GAME for everyone to relax and ENJOY together whether pwning those damn wraiths or kicking other players' butts and there are seperate servers to fit everyone's playing desires. If you don't like one then keep to the other. Don't go on to the other and insult them just because you don't like their ways because you'll be starting a flame war and ruining everyone's enjoyment and putting a bad name on your own kind. Let people play the game they want to whether it's PvP or PvE only - it's not harming anyone is it? The chat is seperate is it not? There are others in the same world as you who is a PvP or PvE fan is there not? So there shouldn't be anything to complain about, on either sides.

There should be no basing on either sides because there are those who like BOTH and thus will feel unconfortable switching between the two unless they can ignore it.

Talking the talk is a part of the game. You've gotta make that jerk wanna leave the safe zone and kill you. It's a part of baiting. There's nothing wrong with competitive spirit. It's when people judge it without understanding it that things get idiotic, and there really is no point in seriously arguing about it, however..

Fact: Most LC players troll threads like these because the reactions are so funny to read, not because they give a damn about what you think. Much of the real world works the same way.

You basically say it yourself, most Lost City trolls that gank these threads are griefers.

If you don't like name calling, don't do it yourself. If you think it's part of the game, then it's part of the game and you must be able to handle it yourself. If it's a part of the game but not supposed to be a part of the forum, then don't do it on the forum.

Maybe some of the people who play on the PvE servers don't want to play that game. Don't force it upon them.

Ehhh? All I stated were facts, none were opinionated whatsoever. You are misunderstanding the meaning of the words (and still are), and I pointed that out. How's pointing out hypocrisy "not being able to handle it"? I'd honestly like to know, because it sounds like you're just pulling things out of your ****. I've never said that every PvE player is a carebear, but if you really don't like being called one, playing the hypocrite game and generalizing PvPers will only make it worse. That's what's referred to as "bait". There's nothing wrong with being a carebear imo, so long as you aren't a pain in the **** about it, a drama queen, or a constant complainer like the TS (in other words, keep it to yourself). Then again, the more they complain, the more this happens, and the more lulz for those who don't take what some faceless punk on the internet says so freaking seriously. Just a thought, ya know?

Threads like these exist because people want to start drama. For example, this wave of stupidity started because a HT player posted in a topic on LC's forums, and a troll called them a carebear. Oh boo hoo. It's always a small group of PvE players who start this PvE vs PvP ****, as plenty of posts above have stated. I find it pretty funny also that the people who start these threads are usually below level 30, which isn't even high enough to enable PK mode on the PvE servers. Way to complain about what doesn't even concern you, seriously. Maybe if they spent more time leveling their characters they wouldn't have so much time to be reading LC's subforum, and perhaps they wouldn't have gotten so butthurt.

I'm quite used to it and there's nothing wrong with those either; it's a part of the game. I've never once acted offended, bothered, or in any way upset by being called such. I was only pointing out that not all PvP server players really are those things, and more importantly, generalizing them (particularly as a PvE player) is as bad as anyone generalizing the PvE server. Now Zeh, I want you to leave Lost City alone and Lost City, leave the PvE servers alone. This game is meant to have fun not to start flame wars and such so please enjoy the game and just get along. It will make the developers have more time developing than dealing with problems like this.

We are all here to have fun and have a good time and to make friends not to make enemies and start flame wars and spam other peoples ideas. Of coarse you might call me carebear for this but I am a strong believer that all people should get along no mater what the cause is. Everyone has there opinions and statements but you will have to live with it. So what if a Lost Citizen calls you a "carebear"? No need to overreact. So please stop fighting and just have fun with the game. After all, this is what we are here for
