    2) Get it onto your computer (another duh)

    3) Load it up to an image hosting site (I like Imageshack, but others use Photobcuket or Tinypic)

    4) Copy the URL after uploading the pics to one of these sites.

    5) Click on the button in the editing toolbar of this window that looks like a mountain over a yellow background. (the one that looks like a globe with a chin link in front also works)

    6) Past the URL into the window that comes up.

    And there you go, image in post.
