    I'd suggest not trying to connect right now. The servers won't be up for many hours yet. Save your energy. :)

    ah makes sense ^^ thanks for clearing that up, DsT is confusing as hell sometimes, and seems kinda pointless nowadays. And if you people can't wait like another day, then that's kinda sad, we've waited this long, what's another day or 15 hours or so?

    eh did anyone else notice that the timer on the main page seems to be weird? it is going the wrong way

    Your time zone must have hit zero already, right? It counts up after that. =X

    I presume you're somewhere in the Oceania area?

    The timer on the front page just goes by your PC clock. It was counting down to midnight Monday evening/Tuesday morning. Once you've passed that, it will start counting up. XD

    For anyone joining the discussion now - we don't know the actual time that the game servers will be up. We're waiting for an admin to confirm. ^_^

    Hmm, I'd wait for an official announcement in the forums about the launch time. Much more reliable than the count down clock, and better than opening the client multiple times trying to log in. :)

    I wanna be on as soon as it opens for the purpose of getting the names I want for my characters. x3

    I got such an uberl33t name, nobody will think of something like that >:3
    Only worrried about having that name in CB...since it'll get deleted, and I don't want to have a smartass steal my name in OB

    I was brainstorming names the other day, and I just know I'd be really upset if the names I spent so long thinking of were taken because i went to bed and wasn't up when it opened. u__u

    I changed the calendar on my computer to 8/20 and it logged me in. I can't believe it, this is so cool.

    I could always log in, it was connecting to a server that I couldn't manage to do. :p

    This kind of reminds me of the old adage about seperating the men from the boys. You can really see the llittle kids who are impatient and frankly clueless about how these things work, and are unwilling or unable to figure them out.:rolleyes:

    There will be a wipe, yes, but i think all character will be reset to lvl 1 and will not be delete.

    if they give a gift to beta testers it'll be something you add to account once the servers come up for open beta again.

    i'm guessing you haven't played a lot of betas...

    gahhh i just relised the day this releases is the same day the TF2 Heavy update is released, talk about being torn, somehow i think i will be stopping team of baby's sending itsy-bitsy cart to point.
