Please help / advice with problem

Hi,
till a few weeks ago all was normal for years of playing.

Then suddenly game crashed. (think after a normal maintenance, relogging)

From then on i ditnt see any players or me in game anymore, my loginscreen toons are naked, i cant see any fashion, i CANT create new classes/toon at all now

I tried all kind of things in the settings in game and with graphic settings from patcher, nothing worked so far.

As soon as i enable HD-mode the game crashes, without it i dont see any players or me, only npc

I hoped with the big update last week it will change, but still same problem.

Anyone had same problems in past or could give advice what to do?

    Don't use HD mode.

    When you start the game, left above the screen you'll see a bahco / wrench. Click on it to change the settings. Note: you can't see the wrench when you are in a homestead. Also check 'Distance' in System Sett1ngs (the place where you can turn on/off HD Mode).

    edit (as for below): I referred to
    toons are naked.
    If you use the wrench people will only wear swimming pants or underwear while with other settings toons will disappear. That's in normal mode. In HD mode all characters wear standard clothes (so not naked at all) and the previous used ini edit don't do anything.

    Think in this case herosa#0925 also need to click 'Verify' because of the text "CANT create new classes/toon at all now'

    I agree, you are right about the distance settings but if he want to see all the fashions and toons, he must turn off HD mode also.
