Passport issue

I logged into Passport after the update this morning and now I can't log out.
When I attempt to sign out it gives me this warning:

Warning

Error: Cannot logout while a game is running: PWI

The element client for this account is not online. I tried ending the task via the task manager to no avail. When I end the task and reopen Passport, it is still logged in to the same account and will not let me sign out.

Anyone else experiencing this? I really liked Passport better than Arc, but now I guess I have to go back to Arc to log in a different account. I don't know how to contact anyone from Passport so I would appreciate any information about this that anyone can give.

Just restart your PC. It's just a bug.

I restarted my computer but when I open Passport, it still says I am logged into that account and can't shut it down while PWI is running. It has been at least 12 hours since I logged out of the game on that account. Is there any way to get in touch with someone who is monitoring Passport? I don't find any way to contact anyone for the alpha version of the program and I would like to be able to use it again for my other accounts. I will try submitting a ticket on Arc but will probably be told they don't handle anything from Passport. Since it is an Alpha program, you would think there would be a place to give feedback for bugs listed on the page.
