Maximum Character Creation Increase?

There are more than 10 character class, but you can only make 8 maxed character per account? the solution is to make a new account? or can PWI just add more slot? what can you say?

    Just like the verified bots that are currently back after a short brake: make many accounts to use on all servers. I already noticed people who let 4+ alts follow 1 character. Hell, even have seen a faction that worked that way.
