Game visually freezes, but the client is technically still running?

Hello, I've been having this problem for a few weeks, since I came back to the game. What happens is I will be roaming around but, suddenly, my screen freezes. What's weird is I can still walk, use skills and whatnot since I can hear it in the background over the visually frozen screen. Rebooting my pc doesn't work, I've got no issues with any other games and specifically PWI used to run just fine.
Any idea what the issue could be? Thanks in advance

    Hi, thank you for your reply! I have updated my drivers and it did seem to work better. However, I still got the visual freeze just a few minutes ago. :( Not really sure what's going on.
