Cannot obtain blessings from codes

Like in title. Cannot get blessing for codes for more than 2 weeks..... Any resolution?

    If your class is allowed to have the Jones or O'Malley's blessing redeemcodes are possible, of course you need to type or copy/paste correctly... without spaces.

    edit: blademaster, wizard, psychic, venomancer, barbarian, assassin, archer, cleric, seeker, mystic, duskblade, stormbringer

    as far as i know ER & technician's can only use o'malley's
