Can't log into game no matter what.

Recently reinstalled PWI (tried both via Steam, and then via Arc) on a fresh new PC. PW launcher patches fully, I load up game, log in and select server-- then it just hangs and hangs, error every time. Clearly I'm inputting the correct account info, so it is NOT that... did they delete my account/characters? :(

    No, accounts and characters are not deleted. Maybe the protection-settings on your new computer are too high. Start by checking the firewall.

    Need to send in ticket and let PWI know. Happened to me. Had same issue.
