Maybe a nice suggestion since 'the company' is unable to stop bots from spamming us AND we need to be in Archosaur: PWI should have an option only to allow people in your friendlist or guild to send you mail. By this we can still get in-game mail but it would be impossible for scripts to spam us.

edit: currently blacklisting the mailbot doesn't help much: you still going to get the spam mail from the bot(s) you blacklisted! Nice to have a GM around lol.
